Beautiful hardwood floors and fresh appliances, along with sunny views of the neighborhood abound. Treat yourself to a meal in the dining room, relax on the plush loveseat sofa or in the leather recliners while catching up on your favorite programs on Roku, or enjoy a relaxing shower or bath in the oversized tub (includes bathing amenities). Parking includes streetside access as well as a single parking slot for small vehicles.
