The room was pretty comfortable. The location is amazing! The breakfast was really good. We left an item in our room they confirmed they found it, but we’re having a really difficult time getting a response from them about mailing it to us. They said they would, but haven’t done it yet and stopped responding. We were hoping to receive it before we leave the country. They also close really early, make sure you have things worked out in advance.

Very nice and spacious suite with a great jacuzzi tub. We were pleasantly surprised by how close the motel was to the lake and the famous church. It was very walkable, which made it so convenient for seeing the attractions, taking hikes and star gazing. The free breakfast was excellent. The staff at the restaurant went above and beyond accommodating our requests. The food was delicious! We loved our stay!

The issues that could be improved: 1. Our original booking expected a kitchenette including a microwave. There was no microwave or sink just a fridge. We did use the kitchen in adjoining hostel. 2. The breakfast was terrible, all deep fried, poor quality items, luke warm coffee with no taste. Worst ever. Didn’t go for the second breakfast! 3. Shower was not great, leaky and faulty.

The room was good. The bed comfortable. The sofa bed was made up which we did not require and did not ask for. It did not allow use use of the sofa so we put this away. There was no way of eating your own food despite a sort of kitchen area. There was space for a microwave but none provided. As a supermarket was very close by and restaurants were extremely busy it would have been good to have a way of heating food. Very few utensils or crockery were provided. So eating in was not an option except for takeaway food. The breakfast voucher was appreciated but the food in Dough Boys was not really to our liking. Bathroom was clean with a good shower. Toiletries provided. Nice balcony with chairs overlooking lake.

Very clean room, unusual shower capsule - literally sealed in when the door is shut. King size bed crammed into the room making access down one side awkward. Reception staff very friendly and location is ideal - close to everything in town.
