Perfect Stay

This was our first ever stay with VRBO & we were super happy with how it worked out. The house was very clean and on a cute street in downtown Greenville. The hosts were kind w/ very clear communication. We were really impressed & would stay here again!

Easter friendship catch up

My friend meet me halfway in Greenville to celebrate easter. The house was clean. It is in renovated neighborhood. There really is only one parking space which is why I didnt give 5 stars

Convient to Greenville

Having several wedding related events in downtown Greenville, family & I stayed at Averill GVL. It was clean, comfortable and good for 6 adults. Will look to book again when visiting family in the future.

So spacious and clean

There was plenty of space for our trip, we had 4 adults and 4 kids ranging from infant to preteen. We loved our stay. The property was extremely clean, the beds were so comfortable, and the master bath was huge! The only negative I would give is the parking. We had two SUVS and it was a tight squeeze. Other than that everything was perfect! I would stay again.

No hot tub

We stayed for a week for a teacher conference. The description of the house said there was a hot tub and there wasnt. We were looking forward to relaxing after a long day of being in classes. Also, the neighborhood was a bit sketchy and there was a lot of construction going on. The house was nice and clean but wish they were honest about the neighborhood and the hot tub. Also tried emailing questions and never heard back from them.

Great spot to stay for the weekend

We were out and about most of the time but it was a nice play to stay. Everything felt new and no complaints about the home itself. Parking is really tight for multiple cars. We could not get an Uber back from downtown after a concert so we walked back as well (probably 25-30 mins). I would stay here again if visiting and didn’t need to be directly downtown. Thanks!

The housebis lovely with plenty of room and very clean. However, we couldn’t get the wifi and other info after check in because the device keep reading “Service Suspended”. Also, our son is allergic to down and he quickly discovered the down pillows on the couch. His eyes swelled up and turned red and he had to be in a wedding. Otherwise every thing was nice. Thank you for sharing your home with us. The Woods
