The unit was well equipped- located on a short drive with approximately 10 units on the street that deadens at a short sandy area on the water. Beautiful views. Our issues with the location is the owner did provide a brief description that there was construction going on. They did not explain there would be constant nail guns firing, sawing, hammering, loud tile cleaning in one unit and large trucks coming and going. With work beginning early in the day and lasting until 7:30 at night and on the weekend. There was no place to go to avoid the noise and construction. Our car being blocked in several times during our stay. Work was even continuing on Mother’s Day. If choosing to stay here ask a lot of questions. We spoke with the owner who owns several units here, he seemed to think “sorry for your luck”!!! Other weird things about his unit is the bed is sooooo high you have to jump on and off and the smoke detector is above your head so green glowing light above your head all night! Don’t fall out of bed! Very disappointing week of vacation : (
