Luxie Bear is positioned in a cul de sac for privacy and is great for multi generational families! Bring your toddler, kids, teens, grandparents and fur babies! All are welcome!

When you first walk in you'll see this is not your grandma's cabin.You're greeted by floor to ceiling windows, beautiful angular, tongue in groove crafted ceilingswith tons of natural light and a stacked stone fireplace!We love to shop small and packed the cabin with tons of local décor, art, furnishings and housewares to highlight the local wildlife and everything Ellijay.

The living room beckons you to unwind in its plush seating arrangement, where you can relax by the warmth of the fireplace or catch up on your favorite shows on the large Smart-flat-screen TV.

The 8 person dining room crafted with reclaimed pineinvites you to share a meal with the fam or friends.

Across from your dining space is Luxie Bear'sWet Bar,. Solid oak floating shelves hold ahammered brass shaker and bar set and all the glassware you'll need for a curated cocktail or fav beverage.This is a perfect spot to chat about yourexperiencesduring your stay at Luxie Bear.

Adjoining the living area, is a fully equipped kitchen, featuring sleek countertops, stainless steel appliances, custom cabinets, and all the tools, gadgets and serve-wareyou will need to whip up a deliciousmeal whether inside or outside on the terrace alfresco!

If coffee or tea is your thing, we have you covered with aKeurig Duo coffee maker, Cafetera, French Press or Tea Kettlewith complimentary coffee, tea, creamer and luxurious self serve gourmet flavors for everyone to enjoy.

Right off the kitchen, step outside onto the "L" shapeddeck, where you'll find an inviting outdoor lounge area, gas fire pit, side tables for savoring your fav beverage. Around the corner from the lounge area is theoutdoor dining space and a grill ideal for the chef of the family to whip up anoutdoor meal amidst the soothing sounds of nature, listening to the tiny creek behind you oroverlooking your private back yard.You may see a friendly deer or 2 visiting to say hello.

"Luxie Bear " -Master Bedroom-Alive edge, king-size bed, 12" hybrid pillow top mattress , with en suite bath with dual sinks,and a large walk-in shower areperfect for unwinding after a day of exploring the scenic wonders of Ellijay.If you must work, do it from the cabin. We provided for youa reclaimed wood desk and chair with a USB lamp and free Hi-Speed internet. Peruse the original art piece depicting the Coosawattee River and exactly where you are in relation to it! I had so much fun decorating Luxie Bear.

"Welcome to My Crib" -Nursery/Toddler Room -As an ensuiteto the master you can find a cozy spacefor your little one with a full size crib, organic sheets, bench, children's books, a USB nightlight and high chair. Rest assured your baby is steps from you. No baby, no problem, keep the wood doors closed and enjoy The Luxie BearMaster in it's splendor.

"Majestic Moose" -Second Bedroom -Featured is a bold reclaimed wood chevron platform king bed, 12" hybrid pillow top mattress with the second bath steps away. Both rooms are adorned with premium 800 thread count cotton linens, ensuring a blissful night's sleep. The second full bath is adorned with brass fixtures and a tub.

"What Does the Fox Say" -Third Bedroom -Step downstairs to the Terrace Level andyou will find the 3rdtwinbedroom retreat.Named after one of our kiddos favorite songs right now, this serene space with chic fox andmountain décor comes with a pillow top daybed, 100% cotton Animal Tracks bedding,side table, dual USB clock, 3 drawer chest and Smart flat screen TV. Slide your modern-twist barn doors for some privacy from the Game Room. or step right out into the Game Room for FUN.

"Twigs & Bears Bunk" - As the backdrop of the game room on the terrace level,you'll find the super rustic, hickory Amish bunk bed with super cozy Bear Tracks velvety cotton bedding and pillow trop mattress! Everyone will calling dibs on sleeping on any of the beds onthe Terrace Level.

"Luxie Bear Gameroom" - We have kids and are big kids at heart so we created ahaven of entertainment and relaxation for both kids and adults alike.

One of the family favs is the9'two-for-one, light-up shuffleboard table with bowling with LED light up rails. If you have some gamers, the XBOX with complimentary XBOX pass is for them or log into your account.

Chuck, the beaver is the featured art, and is a local. You may see him by the railroad tracks on your way into town.

The full sizelaundry room on the terrace level comes withwith a high capacity washer and dryer and separate sink. The solid oak floating shelves hold your plush towels for the Hot Tub just outside.
