Hello! We’re Aklima and Farhad. We’re thrilled you’re staying in Snyder neighborhood. It’s an awesome area with a great location. Our house has five bedrooms, a kitchen, dining room, living room and a central AC.

As a heads up, the house is of an older age, which may manifest in minor signs of wear and tear in the bathroom and kitchen. However, these areas are exceptionally clean and well-maintained. We are committed to providing exceptional hospitality at an unbeatable value. Enjoy your stay!

We were surprised when we arrived to see items on the front lawn and the doorbell wrapped in duct tape and the front door with noticeable paint missing. The inside of the house was fine, but it is rustic - base boards need painting, closets are not finished, permanent stain in the bathroom sink, some of the comforters had stains, and there was a used bar of soap left in the shower.The house is in a nice neighborhood and it is within walking distance to some shops and easy driving distance to many of the places a person would want to visit in Buffalo.

Home seemed lovely from the listening but i was not happy once i arrived, bathrooms was dirty and had rings in the tub , there was a few light switches that did not work including the upstairs bathroom my group of 7 had to share 1 bathroom due to no lighting , there was several other minor issues but definitely not worth the price
