Property Manager Ghosted Us!!!

I reserved this rental on a Tuesday for a Friday-Saturday weekend trip for 7 people. On the morning of our arrival, I messaged (multiple times), called (twice), and texted the owner and received no check in instructions or even a response. I contacted customer support twice and they received radio silence. We had to find a new place to stay 2 hours our check in time, which was very stressful and difficult considering the size of our group. We almost had no where to go and never received an apology from the owner.
