Not a great owner
When we arrived at StoneBridge we were told by the gate attendant that we needed to go back to the Welcome center to check in. This was not made clear in the instructions. At the Welcome center I showed them the Amenity pass that I’d received. The girl that helped us was straight forward with us & said that this particular unit had had lots of complaints about the owner, and the owner was behind on several things they needed to do for StoneBridge. She also informed us that our Amenity Pass had not been completed by the owner. When we got to our condo the inside was clean, but the back deck furniture had not been cleaned off. When we went to use the grill it was dirty with a not so great brush to clean it. Then we discovered the propane was empty. I called them number that they left us for this issue and was on hold for about 5 minutes and then the answering machine asked me to leave a number, which I did. I never did hear back from them. We went back to the welcome center to ask them if they could help us. The girl we talked to before tried her best to help by making some phone calls to the property manager which told her the owners weren’t reachable at this time, but they gave her a phone number, for the owner, which was different than the one they had on file. I did receive a text asking about our stay, and if we needed anything. I again responded that we needed propane for the grill, but again heard nothing back. The area was a great place to stay.
