I know firsthand; I founded <a href=\"http:\/\/www.thegaylocals.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">The Gay Locals<\/a> in Paris, hosting walking tours for and by LGBTQIA individuals.<\/p>\n<p>Here in North America, there are options in most major cities to meet up with a friendly local who will help queer visitors feel reflected in the places they are visiting.
