The Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, at any time and for any reason to screen any Post(s).\u00a0 Any Post that the Sponsor deems, in its sole and absolute discretion, to violate the terms and conditions set forth in these Rules is subject to disqualification. The Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion at any time and for any reason, to request an entrant to modify, edit and\/or re-submit his or her Post in order to ensure that the Post complies with these Rules, or for any other reason.\u00a0 If such an action is necessary at any point during or after the Contest, then the Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to take whatever action it deems necessary based on the circumstances \u2013 including, without limitation, disqualifying the Post (and therefore the corresponding Entry and\/or the associated entrant).<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n\n- <\/b>Selection of Winner<\/span><\/b>s<\/span><\/b>:\u202f <\/span>On or about <\/span>March 26<\/span>, 20<\/span>2<\/span>1, <\/span>in Chicago, Illinois at approximately 10:00 AM CT, <\/span>all valid entries will be judged by the <\/span>Sponsor<\/span> on the creativity and originality of the entrant\u2019s <\/span>response<\/span>. The <\/span>ten (10) <\/span>valid ent<\/span>ries from each Influencer\u2019s Instagram <\/span>that ha<\/span>ve<\/span> the most creative and original depiction of <\/span>the travel destination that makes them the happiest and why<\/span>, as judged by the <\/span>Sponsor<\/span> will be deemed <\/span>a <\/span>winner. There <\/span>are<\/span> only <\/span>ten<\/span> (1<\/span>0<\/span>) winner<\/span>s<\/span> for each <\/span>Influencer <\/span>(tw<\/span>enty<\/span> (2<\/span>0<\/span>) winners in total).\u202f<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
Sponsor reserves the right to select fewer than <\/span>twenty<\/span> (<\/span>20<\/span>) winner<\/span>s<\/span> if, in its sole discretion, it does not receive <\/span>a sufficient number of<\/span> eligible and qualified Submissions. <\/span>The decision of the judges is final.\u00a0 The odds of being selected depend on the number of entries received. If Sponsor, in its sole discretion, deems that a photo does not comply with these Official Rules or is otherwise inappropriate to post, Sponsor may reject that entry and select another.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n\n- Notification and Requirements of Potential Winner<\/span><\/b>s<\/span><\/b>:\u202f <\/span>Sponsor will reach out directly to potential winner<\/span>s<\/span> via <\/span>Instagram<\/span> direct message <\/span>within one (1) day of choosing <\/span>the<\/span> winning entrant<\/span>s<\/span>.<\/span> Once notified that you are a <\/span>potential <\/span>winner, you will be required to respond within forty-eight (48) hours to accept your prize. <\/span>Potential winner<\/span>s<\/span> may be required to complete a Declaration of Eligibility, Liability and Publicity Release (unless prohibited by law) and any other documents required by Sponsor, which must be returned within three (3) days of the date appearing on the prize notification.\u202f\u202fReturn of the prize notification as undeliverable, failure to sign and return requested documentation within the specified time period, the inability of Sponsor to contact a potential winner within a reasonable time period or noncompliance with these Official Rules by a potential winner will result in such potential winner\u2019s disqualification and, at Sponsor\u2019s sole discretion, the prize may be awarded to an alternate winner for the applicable Entry Period.\u202fOnly three (3) alternate entrants <\/span>per prize <\/span>will be contacted.\u202f\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n
