SYDNEY, May 5, 2014 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) \u00ad\u00ad HotelClub, the online hotel booking community owned by leading online travel company Orbitz Worldwide Inc. (NYSE:OWW), today announced the appointment of Dandan Cheng as VP & Managing Director, HotelClub China. In this newly created role she will lead HotelClub\u2019s Chinese brand \u201cHotelClub \u00ad \u597d\u5ba2\u90a6\u201d (\u201cH\u00e0ok\u00e8b\u0101ng\u201d) in China\u2019s rapidly growing travel sector. Based in Shanghai, China, Cheng will report to Nicolas Chu, President of HotelClub.<\/p>\n

Cheng joins HotelClub from eBay Inc. where she most recently held the position of Country Manager of the eBay marketplace in China, setting up their cross\u00ad border exporting business, growing it significantly and achieving notable growth.<\/p>\n
