At their signature Las Vegas restaurants within some of the most spectacular Las Vegas hotels, several master chefs are now offering creative cooking and dining opportunities, including cook-then-eat classes. As if the Vegas dining experience wasn&#8217;t fabulous enough, now it&#8217;s even more deliciously memorable than the extra inches to your waistline.<\/p>\n<div id=\"attachment_5268\" style=\"width: 306px\" class=\"wp-caption alignright\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-5268\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-5268\" title=\"Nove Italino cooking class with master chefs\" src=\"https:\/\/www.orbitz.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/04\/NoveGenoTonyPasta-296x300.jpg\" alt=\"Pasta making at Las Vegas' Nove Italiano restaurant\" width=\"296\" height=\"300\" \/><p id=\"caption-attachment-5268\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Pasta making at Las Vegas&#39; Nove Italiano restaurant<\/p><\/div>\n<p>In the <strong><a title=\"Palms Casino Resort\" href=\"http:\/\/www.orbitz.com\/hotel\/United_States--NV\/Las_Vegas\/Palms_Casino_Resort\/\" target=\"_self\">Palms<\/a><\/strong> at <strong><a title=\"Nove Italiano Restaurant\" href=\"http:\/\/www.orbitz.com\/hotel\/United_States--NV\/Las_Vegas\/Palms_Casino_Resort\/?tabIndex=2\" target=\"_self\">Nove Italiano<\/a><\/strong>&#8211;my favorite Italian restaurant in Vegas (see my post on <a title=\"Las Vegas' Top 10 Italian Restaurants\" href=\"http:\/\/www.orbitz.com\/blog\/2009\/09\/las-vegas-top-10-italian-restaurants\/\" target=\"_self\">Las Vegas&#8217; Top 10 Italian Restaurants<\/a>)&#8211;<strong>Executive Chef Geno Bernardo<\/strong> and his top chefs invite a small group into the kitchen on the last Saturday of every month. Bernardo demonstrates essentials like pressing pasta by hand, grinding sausage, and making ragu sauce, then invites his guests to an elegant five-course lunch of each recipe with wines to match. $75 per person.<\/p>\n<p>Every few weeks, <strong>Scott Linquist,<\/strong> corporate chef of all Dos Caminos restaurants, visits the <strong><a title=\"Dos Caminos\" href=\"hhttp:\/\/www.orbitz.com\/blog\/2008\/09\/fiesta-vegas-celebrates-mexican-independence-day\/\" target=\"_self\">Las Vegas Dos Caminos<\/a><\/strong> in the <strong><a title=\"Palazzo Resort Hotel Casino\" href=\"https:\/\/www.orbitz.com\/Las-Vegas-Hotels-The-Palazzo-Las-Vegas.h1769973.Hotel-Information\" target=\"_self\">Palazzo<\/a><\/strong> to conduct an intimate cooking demonstration in the rear of the dining room. Linquist manages to make it look easy and emphasizes ingredients as much as technique (much of which is surprisingly French-inspired). With assistance from his pastry chef, mixologists, and other staffers, he demonstrates varying bebidas, antojitos, platas y postres, and guests also get to make his famous guacamole recipe. The price includes an autographed copy of Linquist\u2019s cookbook, and of course, a fantastic lunch. Husband and Chef de Cuisine Martin Swift and Head Sushi Chef Fernando Luna also participate. Next classes on April 22 and May 20, $85 per person.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Running several times daily Thursdays through Sundays, veteran <strong><a title=\"Chef Tina Martini\" href=\"http:\/\/www.themresort.com\/cheftina\/\" target=\"_self\">educational chef Tina Martini<\/a><\/strong> hosts broadcast-quality cooking demonstrations in an intimate room adjacent to\u00a0 <strong><a title=\"M Resort Spa Casino\" href=\"http:\/\/www.orbitz.com\/hotel\/United_States--NV\/Henderson\/M_Resort_Spa_Casino\/\" target=\"_self\">M Resort Spa Casino&#8217;s Studio B buffet<\/a><\/strong>. With a weekly rotating recipe schedule, Martini not only shares delicious recipes, but includes valuable techniques and surprising nutrition and health information.
