Sometimes nothing but seafood will do. Other times really fine champagne is a must for brunch. So we’ve chosen a few buffets that will make your Las Vegas vacation<\/strong><\/a> extra special with their signature dishes.<\/p>\n

Spice Market at Planet Hollywood<\/a><\/strong> is one of our favorites for the healthy, exotic Middle
\nEastern and Mediterranean flavors. Even with bowls of hummus and tabbouleh, skewers of
\ngrilled meat, Moroccan vegetables and tandoori chicken, we’ve found you
\ncan stuff yourself at this buffet, but walk out feeling fit and
\nhealthy. And that’s about as unlikely in Vegas as walking out of a casino with a
\nbig big check! Of course, there’s also seafood, Italian and all the
\nother offerings, so you don’\u0080\u0099t have to go Mediterranean. And
\neverything is made fresh on site.<\/p>\n

Though it’\u0080\u0099s not exactly healthy, the buffet we mentioned in our bargain
\nsection, Le Village at Paris Las Vegas<\/a><\/strong>, is
\nalways delish because of its indulgent French offerings. Custom-made crepes and omelets are a great way to start the day, and
\nsponge cake topped with fresh berries is pure decadence. Lunch and
\ndinner include themed sections representing different regions of France. Since the exec chef is Spanish, you’\u0080\u0099ll find a
\nlot of Spanish and Italian selections here as well.<\/p>\n

When unlimited quantities of high-quality alcohol are a prime
\nchoice, Sterling Sunday brunch at Bally’s<\/a><\/strong> keeps the Perrier Jouet champagne
\nflowing. And both Sterling and the Wynn<\/a><\/strong> are good bets for seafood seekers. In a town where everything is a gamble, you can bet you’ll find a great buffet on your Las Vegas vacation<\/a><\/strong>.<\/p>\n
