Participating restaurants include <strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.sushisamba.com\" target=\"_blank\">SushiSamba Rio<\/a><\/strong>, <strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.fogodechao.com\/locations\/chicagoIL.htm\" target=\"_blank\">Fogo de Chao<\/a><\/strong>, <strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.parkgrillchicago.com\/\" target=\"_blank\">Park Grill<\/a><\/strong>, <strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.nicksfishmarketchicago.com\/\" target=\"_blank\">Nick&#8217;s Fishmarket<\/a><\/strong>, <strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.chinagrillmgt.com\/chinaIL\" target=\"_blank\">China Grill<\/a><\/strong>, <strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.davidburke.com\/primehouse.html\" target=\"_blank\">David Burke&#8217;s Primehouse<\/a><\/strong>, <strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.carnivalechicago.com\/home.html\" target=\"_blank\">Carnivale<\/a><\/strong> and <strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.smithandwollensky.com\/chicago.htm\" target=\"_blank\">Smith &amp; Wollensky<\/a><\/strong>. You can make your <strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.choosechicago.com\/eatitup\" target=\"_blank\">reservations<\/a><\/strong> now.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.museumofmodernice.com\/\" target=\"_blank\"><strong>Museum of Modern Ice<\/strong><\/a>: The centerpiece of the month-long event is artist Gordon Halloran&#8217;s <strong>&quot;Paintings Below Zero,&quot;<\/strong> a massive, site-specific installation of colorful paintings in ice.
