That&#8217;s when it will begin <a title=\"Cheap flights, cheap tickets on Orbitz\" href=\"http:\/\/www.orbitz.com\/App\/PrepareFlightsTab\" target=\"_blank\">flights<\/a> from Washington\/Dulles Airport.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Air Jamaica<\/strong> is shrinking again. Effective in March, it has dropped flights to New York from Grenada; and to Jamaica from Orlando and Chicago.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Porter Airlines<\/strong>, which operates to Toronto&#8217;s close-in City Airport, has opened the first phase of its new terminal.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><a title=\"Continental Airlines on Orbitz\" href=\"http:\/\/www.orbitz.com\/App\/PerformMDLPDealsContent?deal_id=continental-airlines-flight-deals&amp;cnt=OVI\" target=\"_blank\"><strong>Continental Airlines<\/strong><\/a> fliers take note: Flights are moving to the NorthTerminal at Detroit\/Metro and to Concourse B in Denver.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>The Transportation Security Administration says it is now using portable devices to swab bags as it searches for explosives.
