<strong>JetBlue<\/strong> earned the top ranking among low-cost <strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.orbitz.com\" target=\"_blank\">airlines<\/a><\/strong> in the survey by Executive Travel magazine.<\/p>\n<p>The 2008 Leading Edge Award winners were chosen in an online survey of readers of <a href=\"http:\/\/www.executivetravelmagazine.com\/page\/2008+Leading+Edge+Awards\" target=\"_blank\"><strong>Executive Travel<\/strong><\/a> magazine.<\/p>\n<p>Denver, Atlanta and Chicago O&#8217;Hare airports were rated the top U.S. airports, while airports in Amsterdam, Hong Kong and Singaporewere ranked best worldwide.<\/p>\n<p>Among <strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.orbitz.com\/App\/ViewHotelSearch\" target=\"_blank\">hotels<\/a><\/strong>, <strong>Hilton<\/strong> was rated the best <strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.orbitz.com\/App\/ViewHotelSearch\" target=\"_blank\">hotel<\/a><\/strong> chain, <strong>Marriott<\/strong> was rated best for business service, and <strong>Embassy Suites<\/strong> was rated best for meetings. <strong>Four Seasons<\/strong> and <strong>Ritz-Carlton<\/strong> were rated the top luxury <strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.orbitz.com\/App\/ViewHotelSearch\" target=\"_blank\">hotels<\/a><\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Hertz earned the top ranking among <strong><a
