The refurbishing is the last phase of Sheraton\u2019s recent $6 billion revitalization effort, which has included some $4 billion worth of new hotels and renovations in North America alone.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Among the amenities in the clubs are free breakfast, afternoon hors d\u2019oeuvres, beverage service, flat-screen television, WiFi and an array of daily newspapers. Rates for the Club level vary, but guests may purchase an upgrade for an average of $75 extra per night.<\/p>\n<p>One of the most recent lounge refurbishments took place at the Sheraton New York Hotel &amp; Towers, where guests can make use of a copier, fax and printer as well as free office supplies, and the Sheraton Waikiki, where the 30th-floor Leahi Club Lounge is accessible via a glass elevator and offers views of nearby Diamond Head.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cAt a time when our competitors have scaled back their offerings, Sheraton has done the opposite,\u201d according to Hoyt Harper, global brand leader for Sheraton Hotels &amp; Resorts Worldwide, which is a division of Starwood Hotels &amp; Resorts Worldwide. \u201cAnd our timing couldn\u2019t be better.
