The big action recently is at the full-service level. Try to keep up:<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A former Radisson 20 minutes from the Mall of America has been converted to the 253-room <strong><a title=\"Crowne Plaza\" href=\"http:\/\/www.orbitz.com\/App\/PerformMDLPDealsContent?deal_id=intercontinental-hotels&amp;cnt=OVI\" target=\"_self\">Crowne Plaza <\/a>Minneapolis West<\/strong>. And a Radisson in Texas has become the <strong>Crowne Plaza Fort Worth South<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>A former Holiday Inn has become the 179-room <strong><a title=\"DoubleTree Tinton Falls\" href=\"http:\/\/www.orbitz.com\/App\/PerformMDLPDealsContent?deal_id=hilton-hotels&amp;cnt=OVI&amp;type=blog\" target=\"_self\">Doubletree<\/a> Tinton Falls<\/strong> in Eatontown, New Jersey.<\/li>\n<li>Starwood converted the former <a title=\"Albuquerque\" href=\"http:\/\/www.orbitz.com\/App\/PerformSDLPDealsContent?deal_id=albuquerque&amp;cnt=PKG&amp;type=blog\" target=\"_self\">Albuquerque<\/a> Grand Airport Hotel to a <a href=\"http:\/\/www.orbitz.com\/App\/PerformMDLPDealsContent?deal_id=sheraton-hotels&amp;cnt=OVI\">Sheraton<\/a>.<\/li>\n<li>There are new hotels, too.
