So if you&#8217;re battling the cold and dark already, consider these balmier options:<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><a title=\"Continental Airlines\" href=\"http:\/\/www.orbitz.com\/App\/PerformMDLPDealsContent?deal_id=continental-airlines-flight-deals&amp;cnt=OVI&amp;type=blog\" target=\"_self\">Continental Airlines <\/a>adds flights between its Newark hub and Providenciales, <a title=\"Turks and Caicos vacations\" href=\"http:\/\/www.orbitz.com\/App\/PerformSDLPDealsContent?deal_id=turkscaicos&amp;cnt=PKG&amp;type=blog\" target=\"_self\">Turks and Caicos<\/a>, on February 18.<\/li>\n<li>A 139-room <a title=\"The St. Regis Bahia Beach Resort, Puerto Rico\" href=\"https:\/\/www.orbitz.com\/Puerto-Rico-Island-Hotels-The-St-Regis-Bahia-Beach-Resort.h3800119.Hotel-Information\" target=\"_self\">St. Regis Bahia Beach Resort<\/a> in <a title=\"Puerto Rico vacations\" href=\"http:\/\/www.orbitz.com\/App\/PerformMDLPDealsContent?deal_id=puerto-rico-vacations&amp;cnt=PKH&amp;type=blog\" target=\"_self\">Puerto Rico<\/a>. Next May, St. Regis&#8217;s parent company, Starwood Hotels, will add a Westin in <a title=\"Costa Rico vacations\" href=\"http:\/\/www.orbitz.com\/App\/PerformMDLPDealsContent?deal_id=costa-rica-vacations&amp;cnt=PKH&amp;type=blog\" target=\"_self\">Costa Rica <\/a>when it reflags the 406-room, all inclusive\u00a0<a title=\"Paradisus Playa Conchal - All Inclusive\" href=\"http:\/\/www.orbitz.com\/hotel\/Costa_Rica\/Guanacaste-Liberia\/Paradisus_Playa_Conchal_-_All_Inclusive\/\" target=\"_self\">Paradisus Playa Conchal Resort<\/a> in Guanacaste.<\/li>\n<li><a title=\"Hyatt\" href=\"http:\/\/www.orbitz.com\/App\/PerformMDLPDealsContent?deal_id=hyatt-resorts&amp;cnt=OVI&amp;type=blog\" target=\"_self\">Hyatt<\/a> is turning the shuttered Wailea Beach Resort on <a title=\"Maui vacations\" href=\"http:\/\/www.orbitz.com\/App\/PerformMDLPDealsContent?deal_id=maui-vacations&amp;cnt=PKH&amp;type=blog\" target=\"_self\">Maui<\/a> into a 290-room Andaz due to open late in 2012. Over the years, the property on Mokapu Beach has been called a Stouffer and a Renaissance. The hotel closed in 2007. More immediately, the 311-room <a title=\"Courtyard Kaua'i at Coconut Beach\" href=\"http:\/\/www.orbitz.com\/hotel\/United_States--HI\/Kapaa\/Courtyard_Kaua'i_at_Coconut_Beach\/\" target=\"_self\">Courtyard Kaua&#8217;i at Coconut Beach<\/a> is the new name for a property until recently known as the Aston Kauai Beach.<\/li>\n<li><a title=\"Aeromexico\" href=\"http:\/\/www.orbitz.com\/App\/PerformMDLPDealsContent?deal_id=aeromexico-flight-deals&amp;cnt=OVI&amp;type=blog\" target=\"_self\">Aeromexico<\/a> is resuming two of its seasonal routes. On November 20, it relaunched flights between Los Angeles\/Ontario and Guadalajara. Flights between Denver and Mexico City resume on December 15. Both routes are daily. Speaking of <a title=\"Mexico vacations\" href=\"http:\/\/www.orbitz.com\/App\/PerformMDLPDealsContent?deal_id=mexico&amp;cnt=PKH&amp;type=blog\" target=\"_self\">Mexico<\/a>, Southwest Airlines has cut a deal with Mexico&#8217;s Volaris Airlines. Beginning December 1, Southwest flyers are now able to book flights from 20 U.S. cities to five Mexican destinations: <strong>Cancun<\/strong>, <strong>Guadalajara<\/strong>, <strong>Morelia<\/strong>, <strong>Toluca\/Mexico City<\/strong>, and <strong>Zacatecas<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>It&#8217;s taken almost six years, but KLM says it will resume nonstops to <a title=\"Miami vacations\" href=\"http:\/\/www.orbitz.com\/App\/PerformMDLPDealsContent?deal_id=miami-vacations&amp;cnt=PKH&amp;type=blog\" target=\"_self\">Miami <\/a>and from its Amsterdam hub on March 27.
