Valentine’s plans

I will be spending Valentines Day in NYC. Indoor dining is finally opening back up, so I am excited to finally be able to eat dinner without needing to wear a winter coat! Jackie and I have a reservation at Tito Murphy’s, an awesome Mexican restaurant in Hell’s Kitchen.

Where I’ll travel next

This time last year I was spending Valentine’s Day in Sydney. I spent 3 weeks there but my time got cut short due to early Covid concerns. I am looking forward to getting back there and exploring the rest of the country. A lot of people don’t realize this, but it is the same size as the United States!

Valentine’s plans

Hi! My name is Juan De La Torre and I’m spending Valentine’s Day this year in Río de Janeiro. A perfect day by the beach, the breeze and a perfect drink make Río an amazing destination to enjoy with loved ones, friends or family. Walking Ipanema and enjoying the weather and breathtaking views can’t compare with anything in the world.

Where I’ll travel next

On my bucket list of travels once the pandemic is over is Bali, Indonesia. I’ve been there before, but the culture is so impressive that I can’t wait to get back there and explore more—temples, beaches and definitely the cuisine!

Valentine’s plans

I will be spending Valentines Day in Turks & Caicos. I plan on taking a bike ride to the beach where we will have a BBQ and enjoy the sun.

Where I’ll travel next

When the pandemic is over I really hope I can get to Thailand. It is one of those places I have been wanting to visit for years, but I haven’t got around to it. If this year taught me anything, it’s that you can’t wait. There is no time like the present.

Valentine’s plans

We have been together for 4 years now, so we will be spending our Valentine’s in Miami. We have a room at The Standard Spa Miami, it’s our favorite spot for a little getaway… grabbing a cocktail while we spend quality alone time. It’s like a staycation in our own city.

Where we’ll travel next

We actually plan on hopefully doing a trip to the Greek Islands if things are safe for travel by the end of the year. We’ve always loved the Greek lifestyle and can’t wait to be back! It’s always good to have something on the books to look forward to—to get you through these times.

Valentine’s plans

This Valentine’s Day I’ll be enjoying the day frolicking with my favorite sidekicks! You’ll catch me and my fur babies getting lost in the countryside of Augusta enjoying a nice picnic.

Where I’ll travel next

When this pandemic is over one place I really hope to get to is Fiji! I NEED some ocean and sun in my life. I am really hoping it happens sooner than later.

Valentine’s plans

I will be spending my Valentine’s Day at the beach having a beautiful picnic with wine, chocolate, and some fruit! The weather in Florida is lovely right now and I can’t wait to take in the sun and the smell of salt in the air at the ocean shore.

Where I’ll travel next

Once the pandemic is over I can’t wait to travel to Bali. It’s always been a dream of mine to be in one of the epicenters of spirituality and get closer to God. Experiencing different cultures and engulfing myself in a new way of life is something that allows me to grow and opens my eyes to everything this Earth has to offer. True wealth is being well traveled.

Valentine’s plans

This year is strange for me, Zach, because I just got out of a 3 year relationship. My twin, Michael, however, has a boyfriend, so he gets two Valentine’s Day this year. One with his boyfriend and another brother night, where we are going to drink, eat a sheet cake, and play Smash Bros.

Where we’ll travel next

One place we had plans on traveling to in 2020 was Japan. My brother and I both bond over anime and K-pop, so to experience the culture of Japan has always been our dream. I’m hoping 2022 gets us there.

Valentine’s plans

I will be celebrating Valentine’s Day with my boyfriend walking around Millennium Park in Chicago. With everything being closed this past year we have learned to make our own fun.

Where I’ll travel next

Once this is all said and done I am hoping to get to Greece. Mykonos has been on my bucket list for years, and after this winter I could really use the sand and sun.

Valentine’s plans

I have been frequenting Mexico my entire life, but made it my permanent home in early 2020. I’m fortunate enough to be working and spending my Valentine’s Day creating content and original artwork for my fans and followers. Social media has helped bring us a little closer together during a time when we may feel far apart.

Where I’ll travel next

When the pandemic is less rampant and it is deemed safe to travel, I’d love to continue my world explorations and visit Asia and Africa! I hope that everyone can enjoy this Valentine’s Day and take note of that fact that all we need is ourselves and self-love. We are the creators of our own destiny, don’t be lonely, be your one-and-only! Mindset is everything.

Valentine’s plans

With COVID numbers still so high in LA, and options for the usual Valentine’s Day plans limited, we’ll be skipping the dinner date and spending the day hiking in the hills to take in the view of LA, and enjoying a bottle of champagne together.

Where I’ll travel next

Before COVID started I had plans to make a few stops in Europe in 2020, but I’m probably most excited to get back to Amsterdam once the pandemic is over and I’m able to reschedule that trip.

Valentine’s plans

We will be spending our special day together with a sunrise hike on one of our favorite trails, Crouching Lion. It is a short but steep incline hike that offers breathtaking views of Kahana Bay, the quaint city of Ka’a’awa, and the menacing cliffs of Pu’u Manamana. The view from the top is seriously one of our favorite landscapes on the entire island of Oahu. After our hike, we’ll take a nice afternoon rest and prepare ourselves for a beautiful and romantic dinner on our balcony overlooking the Honolulu City Lights skyline.

Where we’ll travel next

We would love to go back to Bali! Prior to the pandemic, we would visit once a year. Bali is definitely our home away from home and we can’t wait to go back!
