Villa Renata with a private pool is a newly built holiday home for 6 guests. It offers a peaceful location surrounded by nature, fabulous views of the coast and easy access to amenities and stunning beaches. Dubrovnik is 15 minutes by car or nearby, the village of Mlini is well connected with a regular bus and boat service giving you the opportunity to explore the ancient city and then escape the hustle and bustle back to a scenic retreat. The property is fully air-conditioned with modern furnishings and distributed over the ground floor. It comprises; an open plan living space with a fully equipped kitchen, dining and lounge area (leather sofas, SAT TV with Netflix), that opens to a covered outdoor dining area. There are 3 bedrooms with SAT TV's and en-suite bathrooms plus a guest cloakroom situated off the hallway. The outside spaces are all private and include a garden and barbecue area, parking (3 spaces) and a sun terrace equipped with loungers, umbrellas, poolside shower and an inviting swimming pool with Roman steps.
