I stay in this property more than 3 days i found it room size is very big neat & clean very nice location near by surrounding area , and quiet place so feel relax. Also have very nice resturant as well as from hotel front line staff till hotel manager are so co-oprative, i feel like it my own home and evey staff are always on toes for any service require. Very happy to stay here they made my holiday.

All the personnel of the reception are excellent. They did more than they were obliged to with a smile. They always surpassed my expectations. They helped enormously with the shuttle buss and their connections to the train station. This is the excellent half! The negative half was the girl at the breakfast. She didn't care if things were missing on the buffet, never mind when I asked for a favor. I requested decaf coffee and the first day she promised that she will bring it tomorrow, however she never managed it during my stay... Unfortunately the room cleaner were also inefficient. The rooms are spacious and in good condition but there is no view for many of them.

Standard Holiday Inn hotel with typically high Swiss price. Rooms are very spacious ( at least mine) and clean. Breakfast for 20 CHF and parking for 10 CHF is overpriced. Staff was friendly and helpful during our short stay.

The hotel is very clean and nice. Breakfast is also nice with varieties. Coffee facilities in the room is perfect. The room has a glass in between the bathroom so it is see through😊 Overall, it is beyond our expectation and it is the best holiday inn we have ever been stayed.

I stayed in this hotel along with my niece on my trip to Zurich and paris and would say this was on elf the most comfortable hotels I stayed during my entire trip. Rooms were spacious, staff was courteous, bathrooms were equipped with all the toiletieris and nice warm shower. Breakfast was nice and lots of variety to choose from. Though its quite far off located from the main city, but if you are looking for some good hotel with good rates...this is the one...

This is a typical business hotel that caters to business people. As such, the hotel is quite fine with everything working well. Including wifi, service, the gym (excellent) and other things business guests expect. Rooms are good and spacious but not really very attractive, lacking charm and personality. But, they are clean and contain what you expect. That the room was only cleaned after 3 pm is a bit puzzling. Breakfast was good but not excellent. The dinner in the restaurant, however, was very good. All in all, a good business hotel.

Awesome staff, perfect cleanliness, hotel is amazing We were upgraded to a junior suite and all we can do is thank the staff for looking after us so well. One small negative which I am sure can be taken care of is the timing of room cleaning (some times it stretches to 6-7pm). Please have this dine before 2pm. Thank you and we shall surely come back if we are in Swiss!

We were 2 adults with 2 kids and we reserved the Suite for 3 nights. The room was very big and nice. We arrived very late and we were starving, the hotel restaurant was already closed so we asked the gentleman in the front desk for help and he was so kind and opened the kitchen especially for us and made us all sandwiches!!! The hotel restaurant is a "Must"!! Very good food and nice atmosphere. The location of the hotel is ok. Our rooms were very quiet and we all had good night sleep. In total, good value for your money. Recommend warmly!!!

Stayed here for two nights recently to use as our base while visiting Switzerland. It was nice with a few missteps. First off, it was very difficult to find (even with a GPS) and we would up passing it. You have to get off the highway through a small exit ramp onto an unmarked service road. There is no signage directing you. Parking was also a bit of a challenge knowing which spaces were available for your use. The garage is under the hotel and about 2/3rds of the spots are reserved for office tenants who share the building. I was told at check-in to park in the area with a blue stripe so before anything else, I had to move the car. Every night we came back with our fingers crossed hoping to find a spot. In all instances we found the last spot available. There is a 10 Euro charge for parking each day with unlimited in and out. The front desk was unmanned when we arrived. A passing employee assisted us in locating the front desk clerk. I noticed later there was a message instructing us to dial a phone extension for help--not used to an unattended front desk at a hotel. Our room was nice and clean however the safe was locked. I called the front desk for assistance and was told someone would be right up. However, a few minutes later, I received another call and was given the master PIN number for the safe and I should use it. It didn't give me a warm and fuzzy feeling knowing they were so lax in their security. They also didn't know if a previous guest left valuables in there and forgot to get them. As it turned out, the safe was empty. The rest of the stay was ok. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was quite large, functional and extremely clean. We both felt the TV was on the small size for such a large room. No thermostat we could find. The room was warm so we would open the window. Ate in the restaurant both nights after a long day of sightseeing. Food was excellent. Those on a budget or a per diem allowance would find it challenging to find something to eat. The only other option would be to get in your car and hope a parking space would be there when you return. There is also a market in walking distance with a very limited selection.

The Schindellegi Ramada is a comfortable business hotel. The hotel is in a multipurpose building that includes offices and a fitness center. The fitness center is 15 Francs a day to use, but well worth it. It is a full service facility as nice as Equinox or any other I have used. There is a full range of weight training and cardio equipment. They have both Technogym and Life Cycle bikes, two PM5 Concept 2 Rowing Machines and running machines. There is plenty of equipment and it was never crowded when I was there.
