Liked the location
New-feeling property, bright lobby with outdoor areas. Walking distance into San Jose del Cabo city center - a charming town with xlnt dining. Spacious room with comfy bed, nice bathroom and great view. Breakfast is included and is very well done with lots of options. Easy access to the Corridor entrance and to high-quality parking underneath the hotel. I stayed on a business trip - not on/adjacent to a beach, but one is a fairly short walk away.
Excellent hotel, service amazing, front desk staff friendly, clean, breakfast delicious, walkable area, safe, convenient, bus stop across the hotel if you don’t want to pay Uber $15-$20 to Cabo San Lucas, 8-10 minutes to San Jose del Cabo, beautiful and colorful town with history, food and shopping.

Very friendly staff both at the front desk and during breakfast service. Front desk person Fernando made great suggestions for things to do around the area. Location is amazing, with dining options all around, including onsite. A large modern grocery store is just around the corner We will be back

Property was good But would say bathroom didn’t have a fog fan. Also the sink seemed to be kind of clogged Breakfast hmm kind of good.

Very convenient property for walking to the beach, restaurants and shops. Staff is super friendly.
Construction caused the trip to be a let down. The room had a few things that needed to be fixed. The drawers to the dresser would open on their own. The toilet seat was lose. The shower water would turn off on its own. The door to the room wouldn’t close behind me when I opened the door. The hinges to the door seem to not work.
It is a nice hotel and I have no main complains but they have to a better control in the room cleaning staff: They do not service it every day as is promissed.
The property was well maintained, great view, only stayed overnight.
