Great location right outside Zion.
I liked that it was cheep and the staff was very friendly. I did not like the location right on the main road and the place was old and run down.
Was happy with it and what I expected. Wasn’t looking for any frills and just was for one night.
I got a decent room and everything worked. The fridge was cold. There is a spot on the ceiling between the two beds. The front desk man was very nice, yet when I decided to stay Sunday night also, he tried to charge me the weekend rate (by telling me I could have the same rate I booked through Orbitz). I called him out on it, and told him Orbitz had the room listed for 47.00. I was just trying to make it simple. Next time I will just book through Orbitz if they want a higher rate. Quiet property, great stay.
It is just 20 miles from Zion National Park. It is actually a quiet town compared to Springdale’s crowds. The prices you pay for rooms are much cheaper and worthy for the money.
The room was fine and the manager/owner was very helpful and friendly, so the basics were good. My main issue was with the amenities listed in the hotel description. While breakfast and laundry were indeed both provided, the breakfast options were very limited and the laundry consisted of one washer and dryer, located outdoors (so it was easy to drop one's clean clothes on the ground while unloading) and with prices not posted so I had no idea of the large number of quarters required until I'd already committed by putting some in.
Nice location to Sand Hollow State Park.
It was exactly what we needed.
perfect place with affordable price.
Sheet on one of the beds was so worn and disgusting.grateful I got two beds so I could sleep in the other.
It was good for the price.
Poor directions to room/parking
I booked a 1 king bed and when I checked in, they gave me a 2 queen bed which I did not book. When I went back to request for a change a room for a 1 King bed, they gave me a different which when I got to the new room, the room was not clean from the previous customer stay and the room key does not work properly, it took me over 10 times to get the room door to open.
The motel needs a remodel completely and a thorough cleaning. The price we paid for the room was way too expensive, for its size and condition.
We are on a two week family vacation of national parks. This was BY FAR the cleanest hotel we’ve stayed in; not to mention the rooms were surprisingly spacious. The hotel owner/operator was incredibly kind and hospitable, and served multiple needs readily and thoroughly. If your are Traveling on a budget in the Zion area, you can’t beat this place!
The furniture is old and looks dirty. The bed is front de main door. I would not stay there again
Good bang for your buck. The staff was very accommodating and friendly especially the female.
The hotel and room were ok and provided what I needed, an affordable and convenient place to stay. It is an older property that could definitely use a remodel and upgrades though. The bathroom smelled as if someone had been smoking a pack of cigarettes in it, not pleasant at all.
