In order to get to the Lodge we had to punch in a code you gave us at a gate. The code you gave us was wrong and we had a huge back up behind us and lots of angry drivers as we had to call the front desk to get the correct code. Please correct your emails with the correct code # 31235 ! We mentioned this to the front desk people but they said you knew and don't do anything about it. this is absolutely unacceptable. Please correct your check in instructions.
In a National Park so naturally beautiful. Cabin was great, friendly staff. Came in after dark and it is very dark, almost pitch black. Not advised. Make sure you have the code for the canyon gate during shuttle season otherwise you won't get access to the road. They send it in an email (outdated but code right)

We could have used a refrigerator, a small one in the room would have been fine. Other than that the lodge was fantastic, with the most incredible views you can imagine! Very cozy!

Property and view was awesome. Front desk clerk was awful and should not be working in the hospitality business.
This is an old lodge in the park and if you need cell service or WiFi, then I would suggest staying in Springdale as both are essentially non-existent on the property. The hotel room was pretty spacious and has a mini fridge (no microwave). The room could've been cleaned better (e.g. leftover food in the fridge, hair in the bathroom). Due to covid, there is no housekeeping service during your stay. Also, the on-site restaurant is closed for indoor dining but they do have takeout during certain house. We didn't get food on the property. Overall, we had a good stay and would recommend this place if you're planning on spending time in Zion.
I’m so glad I decided to stay at Zion lodge. Everything was wonderful! The staff was friendly and the room was nice and clean. Waking up in Zion is such an amazing experience. I can’t wait to stay here again.
For the place of this rank, maybe a bit more shine shoud be provided in rooms. The heater is loud, the restroom is as loud as Niagara falls! In addition, they started to vaccum clean around 8 am... At tge same time some trash was in the corridor for the entire day (why to turn a vacuum cleaner on so early, if you still dont plan to use it,,,?
