Only stayed one night, but everything was perfect about the stay! Great room, great view, great service. Bed was comfortable, room was a good size and it was just a few minutes away from Zion.

Room was spacious with a balcony that looked out over the mountains. Great amenities like coffeemaker and refrigerator. Enjoyed the restaurant and the view from there as well. The shuttle took us into the park for free. Zion is difficult and expensive to park in.

We were so glad we started our trip in Moab (The Arches) because Zion is overcrowded and like hiking in Disneyworld. Beautiful from any direction. The Lodge was fairly priced and the view from the second floor was spectacular. The staff was professional and knowledgeable. If you plan an the ATV sunset ride it is 30 minutes from this hotel in Hurricane which is straight ahead. We missed the ride because they moved the time to 3:00PM instead of 4:00PM and we were late getting there. The restaurant is overpriced, better to grab the shuttle right across the street at the last stop on the route. #9 and it stops 9 times before you arrive at the entrance to Zion, with restaurants at all 9 stops. When you exit the shuttle you walk into the park and catch another shuttle for 9 more stops. Much better then driving your car into the park and trying to find a parking space.....that's a joke. OVERRUN.

Great location and super cute rooms. Would stay there again.

This place does not look nearly as nice as the pictures. As soon as we got there, the guy at the front desk seemed annoyed and didn't "greet" us with any sort of enthusiasm. The pool was tiny, the rooms were dusty and needed updating. The sofa chair in the room had broken springs and the cushions were so worn out and saggy. The bathroom door opened up into the bathroom and hit the toilet, so you can't grab anything on the other side of the toilet without shutting the door. The shower had two temperatures...HOT and MORE HOT. Also no continental breakfast. They could have at least puts microwave in the room if they don't serve you breakfast. Won't go back.

Rooms are nice with feel of a Mountian lodge, natural wood decor and tile in bathroom area. Not large rooms but if you are here to see the National park your not going to spend a lot of time in room. Price was very reasonable for being close to park.

Everything was great, room smelled like sewer gas. Ran water and closed drains at night in sink and tub.

Room was big and clean. Nice balcony to enjoy your morning coffee, the view was mesmerizing. Free drinking water in the hotel. Free shuttle stop right across the hotel. Pressure in the shower was very low. Overall, nice hotel.

This was a great hotel. We had a great stay. The room was super with a great view. Very close to Zion National Park. Very friendly staff.

Everything was great but did not like all the stuffed animals in the lobby area. Hate the thought that these wonderful creatures were killed for decoration!

The Mystic Lodge was perfect for me and my cousins visiting from Italy and England. The rooms were tastefully done with rustic decor, lovely little balconies and comfortable beds. Just a short drive (2miles) to Zion was great. Would recommed to anyone looking for a quiet place with a fsntastic view.

Nice hotel in Springdale. Friendly staff and clean room. Also is on the shuttle line.

Hotel rooms were spacious and very comfortable. Only drawback was that the onsite restaurant closed at 8:00 p.m., but that was probably due to the fact that we visited in January. The "animal museum" was impressive.

The rooms are spacious and in excellent condition. We appreciated the refrigerator and the small table and chairs for in-room meals. The hot tub is outside and it was delight to use after a long day of hiking in Zion on a cold January day!

Close to the national park is a definite advantage but hotel facility is very limited. Although it has its own restaurant but on one hand it is expensive and on the other hand no customer there at 6:30PM. It is not a good sign and therefore we went somewhere else.

We absolutely loved our short stay at this fantastic hotel. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly at every turn and our room was outstanding with a rustic charm and warmth. I would suggest this hotel to anyone.

Very good and would definately stay there again. Easy access to Zion shuttle. Restaurant was good and prices reasonable.

We were looking for an affordable place that wasn't in disrepair and this was perfect! Beautiful and spacious rooms with balconies, a pool, and an onsite nice restaurant. If you want to go into town or the park you can take a shuttle which only comes every 15 minutes. You can drive into town but finding parking can sometimes be challenging.

The hotel is away from the craziness of zion, which we very much needed after battling the crowds and lines at Zion. The views are awesome and the amenities and hotel, itself, wonderful. It is a good value.

Cabin like rooms, clean and rustic . Balconies where you can sit and take in the beautiful view. Nice pool and hot tub! Loved our stay.
