Wonderful location, however, linens and towels very old and dingy. Nothing special about the room. Wish we'd known the restaurant didnt serve breakfast nor accommodate hotel guests for dinner. Shame! No more than 2 star rating.
My 1 and only reason not to stay in this hotel again is how uncomfortable the beds are. (No elevators). We stayed in #305 2 queens, beautiful views and very clean room— but oh my goodness the beds the bed the beds were noisy they creek with slight movements, clumps here and there, some felt like rocks. We tried sleeping separately— didn’t work. He’s 180lbs I’m 130lbs. We both did not have 1 good sleep in days we stayed here. But beautiful views! And stop #1 for the shuttles that take you to Zion visitor center. Restaurant at hotel is pricy, but has great tasting steaks; the rest of the food we had like BBQ ribs calamari french fries salads were not good at all. I wouldn’t spend my $100 dinner here. There are other good restaurants in Springdale but the stage coach (Hotel restaurant) did not meet my liking.
The place is spotlessly clean. Staff are very friendly and helpful. The setting is out of this world. Beautiful!

The entire property had a wood decor which was beautiful. Loved our room with an awesome view from our balcony. The little museum and gift shop was a nice bonus. The shuttle was right there which was super convenient.
