The location, staff and facilities were great. Highly recommend staying here being its one of the nicer places in Springdale. The pool is beautiful and relaxing. Downfall was that there were no comforters or extra blankets. There were two sheets with a light blanket in between on the beds. Other then that it was awesome and will be coming back.

Great location. Easy walk to everything in town and to the park bus stop

Room rate is a bit high. However, the location is great. You can take the shuttle bus to the park. The facility is very good.

Close to everything Zion and Springdale. Hardly used the car to get anywhere. Free Springdale shuttle and free Zion shuttle.

For how much you're paying to stay here you are better off a mile further into Springdale. Honestly the location was great, but breakfast left a lot to be desired. The beds were not all that comfortable. Pillows were just blaw, (only 3). No, comforter, just basically sheets. Small room. It was clean room though. It served its function as a hotel. Just for the money I know I could've gone down the road 1/2 a mile down and gotten a better more comfortable stay. It's not a "go above and beyond" hotel. Especially with breakfast and in a place like Zion, you want a good breakfast and I certainly don't want to go buy breakfast and spend time in restaurants. Want to get into park and start hiking. Anyways, long review to stay this is just a very average hotel. I would've been fine with if I didn't spend $410 (with taxes) to stay here for 2 nights. That was painful!

The buildings have a nice mountain cabin look. The room was spacious, with nice walk in closet. Bathroom was nice size and very clean. I would look for this hotel in the future when coming back to Zion!

Great hotel, beautiful exterior and awesome views. Room was super clean and perfect to crash into after our long drive from LA. It was nice to wake up and have a good breakfast there and head to Zion. You can almost (almost) walk it's so close. Staff was friendly and it was Very Very quiet! Worth what we paid!

Very close to park, very quiet, staff upgraded my stay due to the fact it was slow season. Beautiful view of Zion from parking lot.

Room was clean and comply. Quiet as well and the gentleman that checked us in was very nice and friendly and kidded with the grandkids with me.

Excellent customer service and the view it's amazing

Just being in Zion gives this hotel an up grade. Everything was great but the breakfast. They try, but complementary breakfast is always unsatisfying.

Very nice hotel, superbly maintained. Enjoyed pool. Location cannot be beat. Only minor gripe is breakfast should start at 6am, not an hour later. Many guests trying to start planned activities in the morning all queue up waiting for the buffet to open. A little too hectic for first thing in the morning.

Great location. Near the shuttle system. Quiet and clean.

Virtually no breakfast. Still construction noise during day hours.

Loved staying here! Hotel was very clean, very beautiful with a fantastic location. This is a 3 minute drive to Zion Park entrance and walking distance to stores and restaurants. Also Dave the evening guest service host was awesome and made us feel very welcome. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

This was one of the nicest on our month long trip to all the National Parks in Utah. Great location! very clean. Would recommend this hotel!

This place is very well located, clean, new and in a beautiful location. Still, it was the most expensive hotel on our entire trip, and we stayed in nice places including a luxury hotel in Vegas. It felt like a bit of a shake-down.

This was a great place to stay when my wife and I visited Zion National Park. As my ratings show we were pleased with every thing. Oh, with one exception. Since almost every one who stayed there wanted to get into the park when it opened at 8 AM, breakfast was crowded however the food was great. Shortly before 8:00 there was plenty of room. We highly recommend it.

Great location. We went to Zion Park and hiked each day. It was close to restaurants and shopping as well as the shuttle bus stop.
