Bed was comfortable, breakfast was good even with cold biscuits

We needed a place to stop on a cross country trip and wanted to avoid I-10 and I-40 as we have seen both many times. Getting up in the mountains of AZ was a treat and this hotel was a nice, very quiet place to stop for the night.

Had a problem with TV. Desk clerk moved us to another room.

Decent hotel, decent breakfast, clean and comfortable enough, front desk people first did not adress the issue of noise family on connecting room, second the stopped picking up the phone, I had to walk out of the hotel at midnight to go to front desk in person.

Good base to explore Zion, Grand staircase area. The hotel staff were very friendly.

water inside bath tub drained slowly I found a cockroach in the bathroom it makes me feel terrible

I stayed at the hotel for 5 nights when I went to check out the wave. Its proximity to zion, wave etc is amazing.

Most of the staff were helpful. The room was clean, however the air conditioner was on the fritz (outside temp was in the 90's). I asked to have a plunger put in the bathroom sink, so I wouldn't accidently loose my contact lenses. It was promised, but not delivered.

Room was clean. Outside grounds could have used some cleaning up. Breakfast was typical. Bed was comfortable.

Carpet had ripples floors creak bad tub is weak and creeks while in it no elevator back entrance key only worked one day coffee maker very small one cup at a time bath sink had a chip out of it

Great location. It's good deal with cost/value. I suggest there if you stay one night only.

We stayed here for three nights because of Kanab's proximity to the wave, Kanab, Zion, Bryce, Lake Powell, ... so the location is perfect. We really liked the place and its big rooms (with even a couch) and the hot breakfast prepared fresh every morning. Pool was closed in late March and for that month, it was a bit too expensive in my opinion, but the again, the location. Still totally affordable.

Nice room, next door to a good restaurant. Staff was helpful in recommendations for local activities. Everything was nearby: gas station, restaurants, convenience stores, etc.

The good part is the location and all the staff were friendly. Comfortable bed, all the basics at a reasonable price. However, consider three things: if you need darkness to sleep you will need a night sleep mask because the curtains are thin and the parking lot lights shine through. Also, the noise carries through the rooms. I turned on the fan to drown out the conversations of neighboring rooms. The windows of the ground floor rooms have no locks so if you're prone to worry this might not be the place for you.

Nice stuff and good breakfast. The bed is comfortable.

We stayed here during their transition from a Shilo Inn to a Days Inn. The staff and management were extremely friendly and outgoing. They accept pets which was the deciding factor in our decision to stay there. Our room was pretty awesome! Extremely clean with a mini fridge, microwave, coffee maker and big flat screen TV. We will definitely stay there again!!

Positives: nice, clean, firm bed, 42" flat screen with cable, good cabinet space for luggage and dressing, spacious room for $71, ample supply of clean absorbent towels, small frige and microwave worked, AC not too noisy and only sound from neighbors was plumbing to the shower. Negatives: two extra soft/flat pillows (I brought my own), didn't replace plastic sleeve for ice bucket, a chip in the bottom of the stained sink and a little mold in the shower. Pool filled with debris, assume plans are to change tile removing previous hotel chain insignia for warmer weather use.

Our A/C was not working. Waited 3 hours for room to cool down and finally called front desk. (84 degrees at 9:30pm!) Maintenance person came quickly and two times but could not fix problem. He suggested we open the windows! Motel full house, told no other rooms available. Boo-hoo, too bad for us. Will never return or recommend. That kind of heat makes me crazy!!!!!

Friendly Staff, Great central location for the north rim, Zion & Bryce. Good Breakfest.

If you are just staying for one night it's not bad, but I wouldn't recommened longer than that. It's an older hotel that has lots of little things that need to be fixed. Our AC didn't work very well. The window was cracked and had been fixed with a piece of tape. The drain in the shower was slow to drain and you couldn't run the shower seperate from the tub, both would run. The breakfast is the only highlight.
