They will not work with you at all!!! Go somewhere else!!!

Nice motel, in central location, and the breakfast was good.

Good hotel. Very decent. Can't hear through walls, can't hear cars outside. Very quite and respectful service and area. Great restaurant " the rocking v cafe" right next door with awesome reviews. Order the pork chop it'll be the best u ever had. This best western is located in the heart of all the hiking places you would want to see. All within an hour apart ( zion, Bryce Canyon, page). I did 3nights hear and managed to hike 7 trails in each one of these parks. I recommend this Best Western.

Reasonably close to Zion and cheaper than Springdale

The reservation was made with the understanding that I needed a pet friendly room and an accessible room as my disability prevents me from climbing stairs. When I arrived l was told that the only pet friendly rooms were on the second floor with no elevator access. After I told them that this was unacceptable, they said they were going to charge me the first night's stay. I plan to sue.

Recommend it. The staff is friendly. The room is clean. If I have the microwave, it would be better.

Great location for the parks, basic hotel but big rooms and clean.

Very friendly Staff, nice clean room and I really love the full breakfast here I can start up real early to eat around 6 or 7 am and heading to where l planned to go to beat the crowd and the heat and have enough time to go more places.

Good location in route to many destinations. A good place to lay your head and get some sleep. Our teenage kids likes the game room and foosball table. The walls were super thin, so if you are a light sleeper you may want to choose somewhere else. Beds where comfortable.

Everything was great except the wifi...it was slow to non-existent.

Staff was friendly and helpfull. Rooms need a makeover. Old and tired

This was a relatively inexpensive hotel that was very clean, very nice staff, decent breakfast every day. I have stayed in that area at some other hotels in the same price range that were not as good.Definitely good experience.

GOod mid point stay for getting to Zion or ANtelope or Bryce Canyons.

The room was big and clean. The hot breakfast was a very good thing since we were going to hike the Wave on that day. Best Western always has good hot breakfast. This gave our group great energy to hike the 6-mile trail (round trip) of the famous Wave in Utah/Arizona border.

We enjoyed our stay--the staff was friendly and helpful, the hot breakfast was great

Nice staff, located close to Zion, Bryce Canyon, Grand Canyon (North Rim) and Grand Staircase national park; right next door is Rocking V restaurant - which serves delicious food. However, if you are planning for a good night sleep - just wish/hope there is no one next door. The walls are very thin and you can hear everything (I mean everything) from the room next door.

Good location, very friendly and helpful service, really good full brekfast. Excelent after long trip in Zion

Average looking on the outside, but rooms were relatively large and clean. Very nice breakfast with lots of choices. Nice location near the center of town.

The room is very clean and big. Very comfortable place for halfway break of a long traveling. The breakfast is good, service is thoughtful. I will come again if traveling by.

The room was well appointed (new TV) and clean. The breakfast was better than average. However, the hot tub changed the color of my husband's swim trunks due to excessive chlorination!
