Overall a good place. I stayed 2 nights in the dorms, clean and good overall. However, it was VERY hot at night (even with the ceiling fan). Had the dorm to myself and yet, I was sweating like crazy at night. It was cooler outside at night than in my dorm. Shared showers and bathrooms were clean and nice. Also, WiFi doesn’t reach to the dorms (maybe if you are lucky).. Last day I upgraded to a norm room. Rooms were okay, had AC and WiFi was good at room. Overall a good cheaper option compared to some of the places in Victoria falls. Huge plus that it’s walking distance to the Victoria fall entrance (Zimbabwe side) and the bridge. I even walked over to the Zambian side and looked at the falls. I recommend this place, but maybe opt for the room if it’s during hot season.

Location and comfort Walkable to the Victoria Falls, rounded by local craft shops but not dangerous

This hotel goes out of the way to make sure that the guests are taken care of in the most professional way. People are always smiling and everyone I met was super friendly. I stayed in a dorm room which was cleaned daily and the bathroom facilities were also kept extremely clean. There are private little shower areas with doors. I had the best time here as it is convenient walking distance to the Falls, restaurants and shopping. N1 will be my recommendation to any of my friends and family traveling to Zimbabwe.

This hotel provides basic accommodation very close the the Falls for a good price. Linens and towels and bathroom seem clean. There is air conditioning and coffee kettle in the room. The shower does run out of hot water, and tile floor feels like a patio. Staff is very friendly. You can walk to Victoria Falls within about 10 minutes. This is a no frills place, but sufficient for a traveler on a budget.

The hotel was clean and comfortable although the rooms were small. We especially appreciated the location which was convenient to everything we wanted to do. We would definitely stay there again and would recommend it to others.

Pleasant value surprise at the price..room was clean, modern w nice AC. walking distance to Victoria falls entrance..tons of souvenirs and activities shops.. couple min to 2 banks.. 10 min to 2 supermarkets.. very central location

We had a great time. The hotel staff was excellent and very helpful. We would go there again.
