Me and my family had to wait outside until 9pm to check in when check in was at 4pm. Our room was not ready.
Heather at the front desk went out of her way to make sure everyone made it back to the hotel after a local concert!
Very well maintained facility. Had all the amenities. Great breakfast. Friendly staff.

Everyone was so nice and helpful when we got there and throughout our stay. We were very Impressed with everyone and everything. It was beautiful and comfortable. Would definitely stay there again when in that area.
Great rooms recently remodeled. Beds were great. Close to lots of winery's. Small town feel with plenty of amenities close by. Do not hesitate on staying here you will like it. Oh yeah great breakfast every morning!
Great hotel. It's under construction but clean , friendly staff , breakfast is great. They also have evening snack which is nice. Not too far from Yakima. The pool area was nice. Over all great experience on a very busy weekend!
My sisters and I rented a room at the Comfort Inn in Zillah, WA. There was no one at the counter when I came to check-in... had to wait. The room we were assigned smelled like URINE and we had to ask to be relocated- it was horrible (like a urinal, ammonia, burning sensation). The woman working up front had a bad attitude, and even questioned how long we'd been in the room in the first place. The second room reeked of cigarette smoke although the hotel boasts a 100% smoke-free building. It was bad all around. The beds are hard, the pillows small and very lumpy, the TV remote had white sticky stuff (??) in the battery compartment, and the shower head had lots of scum build-up. I am NEVER GOING BACK!
We were visiting my wife's 99 year old Aunt in Yakima. We had originally planned for 4 adults however my wife's mother took ill and could not travel with us so it ended up only two people in the room. The front desk did discount the room when I told them it would be only two people but if I did not cancel before 4PM the day before I arrived thay would charge me the full $149.00 anyway.
