Everything is good. The only negative comment - unable to adjust temperature in the room (explanation was: the system was not set up to use air conditioner during the "cold part of the year").
I spent almost a day at the hotel waiting for my transfer flight. There were enough toiletries, which was my main concern after a 7+ hours flight and facing another 10+ hours flight. The water bottles and the chocolates were a nice touch too. Also, the room service menu was rather abundant in choices ...
The check in was very bad, I had to stay on long line for more than 2 hours , the hotel is to large and does not have enough staff to check in the large group of people that arrived at the hotel. The staffs blocked my room 2 hours before my checkout time.
