We stayed here for an overnight layover. Airport location can’t be beat as the airport is just steps away from the hotel. Check in staff were excellent. Hotel itself is showing some wear. Room was decent and bed was comfortable. The AC didn’t really work and we didn’t realize this until about midnight, so we just accepted it without calling for service since we were only there for one night. Bathroom could have been a bit cleaner (bit dusty and shower needed sone attention). Also can hear all traffic coming through the hallway. If we had another long layover in Brussels I’d stay here again though because it was so easy to access the airport.

The beds are terrible and need to be fixed and / or replaced. Every turned caused noise in my room and the one above!

Love how helpful the staff was. Front desk, waiter at hotel restaurant, additional front desk personnel. The room was perfect, clean and well maintained.
The receptionist at the front desk was very friendly helpful and efficient.
