Imposing hotel in a modern building. The interior is very classical with wood paneling throughout the lobby. The room is enormous with great classical decor. Very good breakfast buffet. Efficient and helpful check in. Nice place. Expectations were exceeded.
Returning customer. Rooms comfortable. Still no restaurant facilities, both times there were functions that excluded us from the dining area. Still, city has many restaurants. Our package offered 10E per day to be used at the bar,but watch that they cannot be accumulated but must be used on that day. Reception friendly. Parking available under the hotel in public car park but access available directly into the lower part of the Hotel. Charges discounted but still bit expensive .
Had an overnight stay in Zaragoza as we made our way to Madrid by car from Barcelona. We were very pleased with the Melia hotel, and in particular the service provided by the front desk team. The rooms were also in very good condition, and I appreciated how they prepared the room for my family of four. As for location, all is within walking distance and they have parking underneath the hotel.
very comfortable room with luxurious and tasty decoration. great location in the middle of the city and close to restaurants. easy parking. We did not try the breakfast so can't comment on that. very good for quick stop over on the way to Madrid.
We stayed at this hotel 1 night on a recent trip through Northern Spain. The room was really nice along with the bathroom. Very clean. Also found this hotel conveniently located to the main plaza and cathedral. An easy walk. One of the nicer hotels we stayed in on this trip. Great breakfast in the morning Would definitely recommend this hotel.
Being not small, this gym needs to be renovated. There are several cardio machines, but not a cross-trainer one. There are three indoor cycles, but no one for spinning. Many dumbbells and some weight machines.
Hotel is a bit run-down. Could use a face lift. Location is perfect. Bed was really comfortable and large. Taxi stop near by. Did not like the new policy of invoicing at the moment of check-in. Next thing you know we'll be getting billed at a restaurant before sitting down to have a meal. I could have benefited from a discount if I would have wanted to pre-pay my hotel upon reservation. I've stayed at this hotel 3-4 times already but it will be the last with this new policy. Staff seems to mind their own business and do not make you feel welcome (or unwelcome for that matter). Again, nothing really bad to comment on, but for this service and price, there are better options in the centre of Zaragoza, especially if they continue to demand payment before " consuming". I find this a lack of respect as you can tell.
I recently stayed at this hotel during a business trip. The staff on reception were extremely helpful and the room was well appointed and comfortable. I did not dine in the restaurant while I was at the hotel, but I did use the room service which was very good and also quick. If I am ever back in Zaragoza I would stay here again.
Arrived on spec following rejecting a hotel previuosly booked. Very helpful reception staff, show us a standard double room before we decided.Paid 178 euro for the night happily for a last minute booking.Disappointed they didn't have a restuarant but it is centrally located and so a multitude of budget restuarants around but not anything special.Parking underneath hotel was great . Historic sites to see within easy walking distance.Short but enjoyable stay.
Hotel is modern and the rooms are very spacious and well equipped. Shame there is no hot drink making facilities but fairly rare outside UK. Good location and just 5 minute walk to central area with loads of great places to eat.
