It’s my first day here in this hotel and I would like say that everything is amazing so far! I especially want to thank you to a staff named’ HAMIS KOMBO’ who works in the restaurant! He is so kind and gives his best to make your holiday spectacular! I still have 2-3 days ahead here and already don’t want to leave this paradise!!

My friends and I came for dinner at the Aqua restaurant. However, the staff at the reception were completely and utterly rude, unprofessional. They lacked basic customer service! This is highly unacceptable for a hotel that is perambulatinv as a 5* Hotel when in actuality essence it is a 1*!

I can't get enough of this beautiful resort so I made a blog about my stay here with my best friend- you can check it out at followushi (dot) (com) and search for Melia Zanzibar. I took amazing photographs as well during our stay. I highly recommend this beautiful resort when visiting Zanzibar!

Very comfort place for SPA, relaxing and good vacation. Lage territory, warm personal, good variety of food and fruits. One remark - you need to know in advance according ocean condition. I was prepared and for me it was not a problem that ocean was available before 8:00 in the morning and after 14:00. The only one smal disapointed point was - in tha Paradise with fully available tropical fruits and “all inclusive system” 4 bars which I have tried (Gabi, Space,Pool, and Ocean one) - coctails are fare away of the original recipy. Not tasty. :( Not all ingridients are awailable? 3 cent saving for Worcestershire sauce or absence of triple-sec orange liquer will provide you with Bloody Mary of Margarita which will be far away from the best pracrice of Cancun or Punta Cana. Any way, I can reccomend Melia and are planing to come back in some time. :)

Definitely a place spend some time and relax. 3 options of restaurants , good cuisine. Great breakfast and buffet. Swimming pool with a nice sea view . Beach close by . Comfortable, clean room. Staff is very helpful .

this is a lovely resort , very good facilities , food was very good ( just breakfast need to improve ) great cocktails , wine so so ... , rooms was very big and clean , pool was excellent , service was great and fit to 5* resorts staff gives you always the feeling that you’re always welcome one big minus is if you like beaches with clear water you will not find it here ... but bottom line one of the best resort i ever was .

Surprisingly a very beautiful hotel which I didn’t expect to be that nice, I stayed with my friends for a short stay but I really enjoyed every minute. A beautiful private beach which is very nice if you like privacy. Exceptional pool I realy loved it and loved spending time by the pool. Calm and clean Professional staff and they’re very helpful. The rooms are huge feels like a suite. Greetings to the cleaning team they replenish the water and keep the room amazingly clean. Highly recommended ❤️❤️

We had an amazing dinner experience at the Aqua restaurant. The waiter/supervisor (Hassan) was really polite and very attentive. The food was well done by chef Emanuel and other chef (i forgot the name). The environment was really romantic. Thanks to executive chef Alan for a perfect setup.

Really lovely large hotel suite. Superb staff very friendly and helpful. A different theme for dinner each night. Highly recommend, quite beach and well maintained gardens. Different restaurants to eat at if required.
