Matina s House is a two story, modern holiday accommodation of 135 sq.m in Ampelokipoi, Zakynthos and can accommodate 6 guests.

A great advantage of the house is its location as it is built in a quiet area, but at the same time very close to Laganas which is the most popular tourist resort on the island with countless options in restaurants, bars, cafes and tourist shops. From there you can rent a boat or choose one of the organized tours and visit Marathonisi (Turtle island) and spot the caretta caretta turtles. Laganas is also offered for those interested in water sports with many options available. The city of Zakynthos is also very close just 3km as well as the airport of Zakynthos at a distance of 1.5km. Just 800 m from the house there is a supermarket of a well known chain and many options for quick snacks and coffee that can pleasantly prepare the start of your day.
