We had an amazing time staying at this hotel everything was super close tp the hotel and the room we get was great not noisy at all which we appreciate because we were able to sleep
Very clean! 24 hour front dest. Staff was very friendly and helpful.
My girlfriend and I stayed at this hotel for the weekend as we were atending a friends wedding. I'll start off with the good things we experienced in our stay. The hotel location is amazing. Its next to the cathedral and right in the centre of the historic centre. You are basically a walking distance from the cablecar tour, the Eden Mine and a step away from the nice restaurants and bars. The valet service is good and parking is included in your stay. The hotel is overpriced. No doubt about it. The rooms are average. Yes they are clean and tidy but definitely not worth what they charge. You can pay a little extra and stay at the renown Quinta Real, a five star hotel which is much better. The staff is VERY slow. My checkout took more than 20 minutes. I had prepaid my room and they somehow 'didnt see the payment in their system'. Service was DEFINITELY not up to a 4 star hotel standard. I wouldnt stay here again unless the price drops at least 30. Thats how much I would expect to pay at a hotel like this.
Very clean and quiet hotel. The people is so kind.
I made the reservation with "Orb...z 4 days prior to our arrival. I booked 2 seperate rooms with king size beds in each. When we showed up to the hotel they had NO RECORD of mine or my business associates reservations and had to book our room as if we were "walk ins". They only had rooms with 2 double beds in them so we settled. The rooms themselves were clean. The bathrooms were very, very small and cramped. Wireless connections was slow at best. The business center was a one person workstation and located in the basement which had a gloomy feel to it. Food was very good. Customer service was average. Parking was included but limited to 8-10 cars for the entire hotel. Street parking is non-existent. Location was filled with lots of history and shopping. We had no issues with security. Police presence was abundant.
The Santa Rita is our favorite place to stay in Zacatecas. The staff is very helpfull. It is right in the midst of the city. The rooms are very nice and very comfortable. I would stongly recommend this place to business or adult travelers.
