Great hotel in the city center. The room was big enough and very comfortable. There is no parking but they do have special rate at the public parking close to the hotel.
Directly next to the Alcazar. Funny fabulous hotel with giant beds and wonderful bath showers. Great location and staff very helpful
Very annoying being given a room with a weird plumbing noise. Room 118, don't accept it. When I finally told the desk late at night the attendant immediately moved me, saying "it's not the first time." Well, then why'd you put me there? :(
We asked for a large room as our daughter was with us. The room size was great, could sleep 4, but there was no view. Unfortunately the alcazar is still closed due to renovations, so the location close to that was not utilized. Still easy to walk to from the train station.
The staff was friendly, rooms great for the price, best of all the location was fabulous. We were able to walk throughout town, enjoy Toledo's fabulous history and architecture and sample tasty food. We felt safe both day and night. Parking in a lot near hotel for a fee. The only downside was hearing people coming back to or by hotel in the middle of the night, Room over looking street. Loved this town.
