Check in person was friendly and welcoming. Overall the property is showing wear. When we reserve a hotel we look for a workout room, which they advertise. Both cardio machines were broken. I went to tell the desk person, who was in the back room. When she came out she was literally looking down at the counter when she said "can I help you" with a surly attidude, though waiting on me was an imposition. I called the front desk around 8pm that evening to ask them to send a maintenance person to repair the bedside lamp that was not working - "Sorry, no maintainence person this late. You'll have to call tomorrow." Side entrance door was never locked. The key card did not work well. At least two attempts every time and sometimes not working at all. Air conditioibg unit really rumbles most of the time, very reminiscent of Hunter S Thompson's adventures in Fear and Loathing accounts of motel stays. Could have enjoyed a little more fruit with the biscuits and gravy program.

Older place, which is OK, but too many deferred repairs. Found live silverfish.

Outside by pool smelled like sewage. No working hot tub. Inside bathroom smelled like mildew. But good price for just a quick hotel to stay at.

Nicer than expected. Friendly staff, large room, only minor suggestion would be to empty outside garbage can next to front doors more often

Very over priced for the condition of the hotel 119.00 per night, Hallway carpets and walls very dirty, room doors all scratched and scraped up, room decor very out dated large lamp had a tiny shade on it. Old blankets on bed. 2 out of 3 ice machines did not work, the one that did was so old and nasty who would get ice out of it. Stepped out of the elevator tile floor was extremely dirty with a large spill which was still there when I checked out 3 days later!! Second day of stay I arrived back to my room housekeeper did not replace towels and bed was unmade. A note was left on the bed stating she could not make the bed due to personnel belongings on the bed, I have a small quilt I travel with that was left on the bed. Funny they can touch all your personnel belongings on the bathroom counter but can not move a small blanket to make the bed, just plain lazy!! Side door did not close so anyone could enter hotel and bypass the lobby after hours, really does not make a single woman traveling alone on business feel very safe...I will not stay at a Quality inn ever again..I thought it being a hotel in the Choice group it would be nicer than this.

room was very hot. carpet needed shampooing. we prefer this hotel to others in the vicinity, for the price. staff are friendly, they even bake cookies for their guests each evening. a nice touch

The hotel is in acceptable condition. They are doing some construction work off the lobby and the ice machine was not working and it appears the one on the second floor had been removed. This should be fixed in the next few weeks. The room was in good condition but not new. It is a basic room but we did appreciate the small frig which let us keep extra water cold and appears to be standard there. The free breakfast had a good mix of items and is standard for this type of hotel. So, overall, this is an okay place to stay and get a decent deal at a decent price.

the room they gave us was at its best the day they opened. Our room was comming apart at the seams, cilings looked as if they had been leaked on the bed sheets where used and never changed from the previouse guests. They put us in the room next door it was alittle better.Won't stay there again..

Room was recently redecorated and contained extra towels and plenty of pillows - very comfortable for a modest room rate! Close to restaurants and shopping! Friendly staff and good continental breakfast. Good value!

Check in staff late evening was not very friendly and day staff were busy with chit chat a lot of time. However, the hotel is well located, close to cheap gas (buy before you travel to CA) and had an excellent breakfast. Rooms are typical motel. A light was burnt out in the room so they are not real attentive to detail. For the price though it's a good bargain; just don't expect it to be more than it is.
