Always a nice hotel, I've stayed there many times.

Apart from the 43 degree heat in Yuma, which the hotel air conditioner controlled quite adequately, we had an excellent stay in Yuma. It was close to all amenities and we drove into Mexico every day, to attend a dentist. Highly recommended to do that. The hotel staff were all very accommodating with the exception of the breakfast lady who appeared devoid of any personality. Her relief, during the weekend, Arlene, was absolutely amazing and very helpful. We had a suite and have already booked to return, in December 2017. Only negative was that the carpet was in dire need of a good scrub. My feet actually got dirty from walking on it. Room 330.

I usually do not post a negative review but this was ridiculous. Check in I was offered room on first or second floor with 2 queen beds. We took 2nd floor as this was close to interstate and thought it may be a little quieter. Went to room and turned air on (it was 96 degrees). Air conditioning did not work. Went down stairs to let the clerk know and told her I would take the other room offfered. I was told there was no availability (this was in 15minutes) . Ask for maintenance to come and look at unit. Was told there is no maintenance and clerk had no concern or response. Needless to say we slept very little because of heat, traffic noise. Room was very old and cheap . I Would not recommend.

Had a great 2016 experience. 2017, something has changed. Hotel very dirty from main area floors to rooms. Staff pretty absorbed in their own world. Customer no service. Nice am breakfast. Love location but due to filth will stay elsewhere next time.

Staff were helpful, but not friendly at all. Lady running the kitchen must learn to make waffle mix, it was too thick and when I brought it to her attention she made it too thin and the next day was the same way. The bed was to worn, i could feel the coiled springs on my back. They did clean my room, made my bed, and refilled my towels which was nice. But overall I was disappointed. I'm in the customer service industry and a nice welcoming smile from the staff could've gone a long way.

Nice and clean hotel and room, easy acces from freeway 8, many services on hand for travelers. The customer service it's excellent.

Our stay was good with one hiccup. The check-in took 30 minutes. The desk clerk was nice but he said the computer kept kicking him out and running really slow. As a business owner the past thing you want to do is make your customers wait after they have traveled to your location. Spend $1,000 to upgrade your computers.

Good place to stay, close to the freeway, very comfortable

The staff were very accommodating to the family. We ask to use some of the table in the breakfast area and they were said no problem with us doing it. We needed extra bedding and towels which the staff gave us not questions. The room sizes were perfect.

What a great value. Highly recommend this location and hotel. Nice pool, too.

It was a very hot stay. Air didn't work in room but told there were no other rooms for us. Next morning we were told there were rooms such a disappointment

Friendly staff and the hotel is conveniently located off of the Interstate and had several places to eat and a strip mall right behind the hotel.

Our room was a suite but there were no eating utensils, glasses, plates or dish towels. The mini fridge temperature did not work properly, the shower did not have ANY hot water, it was lukewarm, the toilet had a sewer smell to it, the sink had standing water, some of the light bulbs were burned out above the bed, air conditioning was very noisy. We were not happy with our stay for the money we spent.

Good location for stop over on trips to points east.

Everything was very good. Very nice room! Room 243

We've stayed here several times and it is a convenient location while visiting my mother and sister. Location is close to a really nice fry's and all types of fast food. It is starting to get a little run down feeling and I wish they had King beds instead of the queen. The suites are not true suites but rather divided by a kitchen Island. Overall a good hotel and we'll probably stay there the next time.

This is a good hotel. the only complaint is the size of the rooms, but it is great for what we want.

clean, very good price, close to rv park, near restaurant, and great complimentary breakfast

We enjoyed our 8 day stay with them. have no complaints

We were very pleased with the hotel which is located within walking distance to stores & restaurants. The best feature was their continental breakfast...what a variety...eggs, waffles, bagels, juices, hot/cold cereals & coffee.
