The noise level on the outer ends of this motel is not pleasant. We were put in the outside this time and I would have preferred the inner/quieter part away from the roads and the tight parking areas. The parking spots were dangerous and even though I requested a handicap accessible room for my husband’s needs, the room was not accessible on the outside due to a large curb and limited parking ability.
It’s a dump
Everything but one was great as always. Very convenient location and besides all the normal amenities there’s a microwave and refrigerator in each room. This trip the only problem was very weak internet, it kept going out and reverting my phone to 5G. I was there to do business and became a big problem!
Rooms are always great and the staff is wonderful. I always use them when I am in Yuma
Carpets could be cleaned not just vacuumed there was a smell after about an hour of opening our room door that would not go away . Don’t know if it was th A/C or carpet but it was not good.
Staff is always helpful and friendly. Located close to restaurants and shopping.

Liked the property nice reception area and staff at reception room was good clean and all good except the fact the housekeeping lady awoke us at 8:58am when check out is at 11:00am knocking housekeeping saying housekeeping 3x times til i finally woke up to answer door we planned on sleeping in til 10:20am alarm when in the night i put do not disturb sign so we can sleep in after a very long day of traveling
Breakfast was very minimal cold cereal. Disappointing compared to the quality of the room.
Ok. First off i made a mistake and only booked one night not two. They called (12:14pm) and i verified and we discussed price. The call ended. I thought they charged my card. Later we went to dinner and back to the hotel about 6:30pm. Watched a movie and in bed about 9:15. At 11:15 ( ! ) we get a call to pay for the night! We were quite upset about being woken up when we thought it was paid for. I went down and paid for the room. The young lady at the desk said the previous shift tried to call me several times. Where at first they called my cell they never did again and they never called the room as we would have gone down and paid if there was a message. So based on all of this i believed the front desk lied, which made the next one call us at an inappropriate time. I discussed at 12pm and when we checked out i wanted to speak to a manager. She put it in the notes dealing with this. As of today (Thursday) i still haven't heard back from Sunday. After this i will Yelp the property manager. But it is a good place to stay and we will use it again.
We had plumbing issues ,couldn't flush without it overflowing and they had the nerve to bring us a dirty plunger in a bag, that night I went to local store and bought a candle because the room smelled like sewer and a very bad smell lingered on even after we couldn't take a shower they had no hot water after almost a hr and no solution I went to the front desk and was told to let the water run it should be back on and of course that didn't work, our door didn't securely closed and parking lot was poorly lit I requested to speak to the manager I needed a solution asap and was told she was not in,honestly I believe she was there and just didnt want to address my issues because as I walked away a lady asked what was the problem .I was told she will reach me and to this date I haven't heard back. That hotel is a poor representation of the name they represent .I'm thankful it was only for 1 night I thought I made a good choice based of the pictures and those were also deceiving nothing I expected shame on you
Recently remodeled, my room was very modern, new furniture and bathroom fixtures. Bed was comfortable and most importantly everything was clean. Locations is perfect. Right in the heart of retail row and minutes from downtown and CA border.

The room was adequate and clean. The sink was loose from the wall, and a towel bar that ws cracked ultimately broke. It did have a fridge, hair dryer, places to plug in smart phones and a small coffee maker. The room decor was a bit of a bright orange, likely reflecting the HoJo color schematic. There was a swim at your own risk outdoor pool. The beds were not the worst but certainly not the best. Adequate facility for the money.
