The room had a weird smell. The headboards were dirty the refrigerator was dirty, and we found cockroaches.

Staff very friendly and welcoming and it was clean. Our toilet was loose, carpet had ripped, elevator had stopped working. Felt like breakfast was not a focus. Ran out of food one morning and they didn’t even know about it. Check out date didn’t get any breakfast because it was not ready on time. We were in room 217. We would stay there again because overall it was fine just some small things.
Bugs!! Came home with ticks!! Scary! Dirty sticky carpet and hair all around floorboards in bathroom. Sheets are very old and dirt. Fabric is piling up makes you feel like you are sleeping on sand.
This is a typical low-budget hotel. The room was OK, except for a non-functional tv remote. This was fixed by the attendant. The pool was somewhat dirty and cool, but OK. The breakfast was good and the attendant was helpful and friendly. You get what you pay for.
We were traveling and found this hotel to be conveniently located for our drive the next day. The staff were friendly. The room was spacious, clean, fresh smelling and comfortable. There were numerous restaurants in the vicinity. All in all, our stay was quite comfortable and pleasing.
I am sure that like many businesses, staffing is very scant. In this case trash that was in the hallways and elevators when we checked in was still there the next morning when we checked out. The room had an odd smell to it, like it hadn’t had a good clean. Overall I think the place was understaffed.
The staff was not very friendly or helpful but also was working with the current situation. The breakfast was bagged granola bar and warm fruit cup. The room was very inconvenient for me and my dog. It was also pretty dirty. Cracked tiles, I get that things degrade. But there was hair on the bathroom floor and pillows and stains on the sheets, and a light that flickered when off all night and day. Pretty bad experience.
The room was really dirty. The bathroom. The refrigeration.
It suited our needs, it was fairly clean, he staff was very nice.
Our room was right next to a back exit and people went In and out all night. Our headboard was right against the wall. Could not sleep Hair in tub I tried to speak to Marissa at checkout and she would not speak and snubbed her nose when I tried to talk to her.
It was clean, comfortable and very spacious. Perfect for a quick overnight.
The property was well maintained with a lot of walking area for our dog to explore.
It looks like the place is trying to turn around. It appears that work is being done to try and improve the appearance of the hotel.
The hotel was very nice but the toilet and air-conditioning Needed some work my room was warm and muggy and the toilet didn’t flush unless u opened the back and lifted the handle
This is my first time visit Oklahoma City. I have no idea where to stay. I read customer review on Orbitz and many people recommend this hotel. I am glad I made the right decision.
