Most disappointed experience with Hotel.com
I wrote to Hotel.com to cancel my booking with full refund due the sudden change of policy of Taiwan government to all visitors from Hong Kong that would be required to have 14-day quarantine upon arrival. Thus policy only came two days before my suppose check-in time with the hotel. I contact the hotel direct but they said I should deal with it with Hotel.com. As at todate, I receive no reply from Hotel.com. As a Gold Member, I am extremely disappointed by time. I won’t use Hotel.com again.
