First room had dirty sheets (hair and smudges of dirt?). Was then moved to a second room where the shower walls had hair on them. Ammenities were basic as expected but the cleanliness was far below expectations.

Originally requested room (phoned orbitz 3 weeks ahead of time) facing away from freeway - got room facing freeway, noisy! The room assigned to us had a door handle that we were told was very finicky. We were given instructions on how to open it, followed them explicitly (as did others who tried to help) but never got in. Staff couldn't either so we were given another room, still facing the freeway. Staff should never have assigned the room with the impossible door handle to anyone until it had been fixed. Classless move. The water in the sink tap dribble out, like a 90 year old man taking a whiz. I checked the shut off valves and both were wide open. Thank goodness the shower had good pressure.

Husband goes to lobby first morning at 8:55am and breakfast is all put away. If you say the hours for breakfast is till 9am then make that happen. A perfect experience left with a sour taste in mouth..

Need to have much better instructions on how to get from freeway to hotel.

They Have Very Nice Access To The freeway Interstate I-5 South and North Is My Second Time Estain In Econo Lodge Williams and I Have Very Nice Experiens Nery Nice Customer Service very clean Room and I Recommend To All The Travelers

Overall very comfortable place to stay for the price.

Everything was great. Close to restaurants Hwy minutes from Casino.

Pretty average price and overall experience. It has all the basic needs. Friends and family would be recommended to stay here.

2 day drive and needed a place to sleep. This was a convenient stop, reasonably priced and offered breakfast.

The service was generally good--do note that it is a $10 fee for pets, not $5, however when I complained that it was printed wrong they reduced the charge. The rooms were nice enough, but I couldn't help feeling as though the hotel wasn't significantly nicer than the other places we had stayed for $20 or more less per night along the same trip. I doubt the expensiveness is due to the location--there is little to do in Williams, although there was a decent family restaurant within walking distance. Nonetheless, the location was very convenient for us, as we have a friend who lives in Upper Lake and we were headed down the 5.

The room was very nice. And it was close to the freeway. But the view could of been better it was of a truckingn yard.
