While the hotel is situated next to Grand Ave., and is noisy from traffic and the occasional train, the staff made all the difference. During our 4 night stay, the room was thoughtfully cleaned daily. If we were delayed in getting out for the day, the cleaning service was observant and courteous. Our car battery needed a jump one morning (which ultimately needed replacing the next day). My husband inquired at the front desk and the maintenance man promptly brought his personal vehicle over. The staff at the front desk is extremely friendly and helpful. The little lady who prepares the breakfast really stole the show, however. Not only was the full, hot breakfast delicious with many choices, but we were greeted warmly every morning. If she had time, she even poured our drinks and set up our table. There is a small pet area that is fenced so we were able to take our puppy off the leash. It was very comfortable.

I have nothing bad to say. The morning breakfast was very good with a lovely lady helping out. I highly recommend this hotel if you are looking for a moderate price.

Booked this place thru Orbitz, when we checked in the clerk couldn't find our reservation. Check in took more than 50 minutes before she assigned us a room. We had requested 1 king bed, ended up with 2 double beds at a ridiculous price per night. We cancelled our 2nd night because we could hear the person in the room above us walking around until after midnight, the floors are super squeeky, as is the 5:39 a.m. train that passes. Hence, the reason why they have left 2 sets of ear plugs on the night stands maybe?! The morning clerk was more knowing, actually very helpful in helping us cancel our room for that night. Not a place I would recommend.

Marginal hotel.marginal in every way.it just wasn't worth the price. Air conditioning too loud.

Great place close to gas station and dennys. Clean rooms nice staff. Heated pool awesome breakfast spread.

Decent spot to stop in Pheonix if rolling through. Rooms are big and clean, staff are nice, free breakfast and helpful staff make for a nice stay.

Motel exceeded my expectations. Breakfast was one of the best I have ever had at a motel. Recommend this motel!

This hotel is not set up to take all the noises from traffic, trains and Jets that fly over. Super noisy. Hard to sleep.

Wanted a non smoking room ended up with one was horrible the smell was so bad it seemed as if the rooms have not been Aired out at all !

Close to all my specialists and required services.

The rooms are updated, modern, and very clean. Breakfast was more than usual fare, with hard boiled eggs and grapefruit picked from property trees. The hotel and staff are wonderful, pleasant and very helpful.

I probably would stay again. Used room for what it is, to sleep at night and leave during the day. Stayed 3 nights with no problems from surrounding area. Had train come through 2 of 3 nights and it will wake you up. Heavy traffic area. But what i needed it filled purpose.

It is more of a classic motel than a hotel. The room was nice and comfortable. The wireless internet worked o.k. The house cleaning staff did not empty the garbage or refill the coffee packets. My wife had to go to the front desk for coffee and once for clean towels. The free breakfast was better than some places I've stayed.

Staff was very friendly and welcoming. Price was good. Room was very clean and wi-fi worked well. Bed was a bit hard for my taste, but that was my only minor complaint.

Breakfast was served hot every morning and with a smile from the young lady who was so helpful serving us coffee or whatever we needed. Rooms were beautifully designed, maintained, and cleaned. Everyone was friendly and greeted us as we entered. The pool was heated and towels were always provided poolside. Loved our stay at Best Western in Youngtown!

We made last minute reservations on the way to visit family. We were told this hotel was close to our families homes. I haven't stayed in a lot of Best Westerns. This place was actually great. You can't argue about the price. We went to check in and the staff was VERY friendly. I forgot to add my kids to the reservation and asked if we could get a room with a sofa sleeper. Instead of charging for our kids I got a smile. Our room wasn't ready (we were tired from traveling) so he gave us a free room upgrade. Our room was GREAT, spacious, comfortable, & clean. We where VERY impressed!!! We did enjoy the full continental breakfast. It is def better then most avg hotels breakfast, it included bacon, sausage & biscuits, eggs, yogurt, waffles, & the norm. The server was WONDERFUL, very friendly, refilled everything quickly, & etc Check- out was smooth. We already are planning to stay here when traveling to see family again. My only complaint is the pool is old/small.

Room is what I needed. Cool, Quiet, and a comfortable bed. 2 big trash containers in parking lot while they do upgrades at a slow pace. Carpets need replaced. Breakfast was normal but good: eggs, waffles, biscuits etc.

Front desk staff very helpful and pleasant to deal with. Room was serviced well and there is a concerted effort to respect the environment and make my stay a pleasant experience

Stayed once before in "newly remodeled" room with empty space where furniture should have been. Upgraded to suite this time, bigger room but very disappointing. Furniture was blah. Entire suite painted putty color. Only positives were 2nd sink for food prep and cleanup, good mattress. Must drive to shop, restaurants.

The hotel looked and smelled clean - my room was very attractive with the special touches with the kleenex and bed pillow arrangements - felt more homey! Will stay here again!
