Smells like a sewer plant outside and I paid for a queen bed and they gave me a room with two small beds in it

HVAC filters filthy. No ventilation in stairwells & hallways. Bedside phones not connected. Poison Ivy growing outside door 3. No towel bars, toilet paper holders, clothes rod or hangers. Tub faucet leaked constantly. ORBITZ won't let me talk about the illicit activites also taking place.

Do not stay here. I checked in and went to the room and was absolutely disgusting, the carpet was dirty, bed and room in general were filthy, I’d never recommend this place to anyone, customer service is terrible, I went to the lobby and told them what happened and their response was to seek a different hotel which I did, I went to the holiday inn, orbitz now says that they will not refund me. Terrible customer service all across!

The bathroom wasn't very clean, hair in the sink. The toilet rocked, not attached well to the floor. Poor shower spray. Nothing on the breakfast bar except 3 bagels an 1 muffin, 2 containers of stale cereal. No juice, yogurt, fruit.

You get what you pay for. Ok for price. Typical old style Days Inn. Definitely not updated.

The good: easy parking for my pickup and trailer. Quick check in. The bad: they didn’t answer the phone when I called ahead with a question. The shower had horrible water pressure and temperature control was nonexistent.

I would love an elevator. I am disabled and wasn’t offered help transporting luggage upstairs. It was an painful experience. I also was disappointed by the menu choices for the breakfast. No fruit was offered even though there was a basket. The cereal was nearly empty and one of the coffee containers was left sitting empty. It would have been nice to see simple staples like yogurt, fruit, hard boiled eggs or oatmeal packets. It was a great location, but it was missing a fridge and microwave. The room condition was nice, but housekeeping was not great. Provisions for towels were not made and the bed was never made. It was a step down from the conditions I am used to and the courtesy I have attributed with other hotels. My child is sick and short of the location it didn’t have great things to offer.

Very stiff and cold greeting when I arrived. Front desk clerk then was hesitant to process my room because I didn’t show my drivers license as ID. Although the room was prepaid and I did provide anothe form of and even showed the credit card used to pay for it. After being held eat the front desk for 15 mins and a phone call to his manager. I finally got the room key. My stay wasn’t very long during my sleep I was awoken by a gnawing sound near the bed. Like something was chewing on the wooden baseboard or perhaps the wall. Moments later I heard something pounce on the bed and then running on it!!! I immediately packed up and left not completing my stay, but there was no way I was gonna stay in that dingy looking, rodent harboring place. I am convinced this place has rodents and probably more. The toilet was not cleaned. The water barely flowed from the faucet. The exterior lighting was dim. The room decor was rundown, dated and simply not worth whatever money is paid. Will never stay at this dump again.

Overall hotel is in need of remodeling. Everything, except for the television, is outdated. No business center for hotel guests. The unit which blows out air, was very noisy. However, hotel staff is very nice.

I will no stay in a days inn ever again. The lobby was fine and the head clerk. The room was a mess. The bed skirt was stained, there were burn marks and stains on the floor, the towels were stained as well. The microwave and refrigeration was dirty as well. There were enough outlets to plug the microwave, coffee maker and fridge in, so I had to do a juggling act. The room was not good at all. The bed was uncomfortable. I actually went to target and bought sheets to lay on the bed.

My first room in the non smoking hotel smelled like smoke. A heavy smoking smell. My second room was okay yet didn’t have any wash clothes on my first night. Second night the wash clothes looked liked they were used to clean up ice tea. Stained and gross.

Rooms are tired and out dated, toilet not connected to floor, security door to outside wouldn’t lock, Ants all over breakfast food in lobby, coin op washer and dryer took money but didn’t work

The room looks like John and Mary Smith decorated it back in 1957. But for sleeping it's comfortable. My biggest issue was a dirty bathroom floor, which I had to wipe up before I could use the toilet. And there was so much hair all over the place, very visible and should have been picked up. Maybe that would make someone else give this room a zero rating for cleanliness. But the room didn't smell the rest of the room seemed to be okay, someone just needed to pay more attention to the bathroom.

A non-smoking hotel that consistently falls victim to guests smoking in the rooms which causes the smoke alarms to go off. In one night the smoke alarms went off 3 times between 1 AM and 3:45 AM. Each time the fire department had to come to the hotel. We left after one night and spent the next two nights at a nearby hotel.

We got to hotel. Check in manager was a little bit nosy with questions on why we were there. Ants in room. Blow dryer on wall obviously broken. No phone In room. Got woken up at midnight because check in only out is in for one night instead of two. They booked someone else in the room and they attempted to key in, thank goodness for the extra hotel lock that I always use. Tried to blame it in a new worker but by description it was the manager who checked up in. I knew it was inexpensive but really think health and safety issues should close this hotel.

The hotel was in need of basic upgrades. The cleanliness was questionable at best I will not stay there again.

Do not stay here.
