The Village Lodge

The hotel was excellent. All services were as expected. The $80.00 per night is ridiculous!!

Great location and very cozy room! Will definitely come and stay again.

I love this Village .... close to the Lake and very hotel

Great atmosphere all around, the rooms are tidy and clean, the staff that works there are very helpful and overall the place is just great

We were thrilled with our experience at The Village Lodge. Our two bedroom condo was spacious and comfortable! It suited our family of 5 perfectly. The location of The Village Lodge couldn't be better and the staff was over the top friendly. Before we left we were already planning our next trip back!

The staff at the desk was very nice. They suggested eating places in the Village area (which I imagine they are asked to do.) Most of these were bars with a grill. We ate at one even though it was not the type restaurant we wanted. We should have driven someplace else. Shops closed early and even the ice cream store closed at 7pm. Maybe during ski season they stay open later. The condo/room (1 bedroom with king) was very clean. The kitchen had everything a person could need, including a blender. There were 2 TVs, a humidifier, iron, a deck with chairs, nice dining table and chairs, hide a bed couch, 2 robes and a gas fireplace + more. The garage down in the basement area really is a great idea for a ski resort. The car stays out of the weather and a person is not cold or snowed-on while getting skis or gear. Our trip was the first part of October so no skiing this time. The bed was comfy. The work out room had free weights, and elliptical machines, bicycle, treadmill and other weight machines. It is a huge resort and very well done.

Had a good trip, however we left our ipad in the hotel room and the hotel staff was very unhelpful. We didn't stop anywhere on the way home and were positive it was left in the room and magically it's just gone. We will likely never stay there again as the staff is not trustworthy!

We stayed for 3 nights in June and loved the property. The convenience, the room size and cleanliness were both great. We had a problem with the Master window on the first night as it wouldn't close all the way. We informed the front desk the next morning and they had if fixed by the time we returned that day. Very friendly and helpful.

We have stayed here 3 years in a row. Love the close access to ski lifts and restaurants . Kids love the pool/ hot tub . Roomy condos with well equipped kitchenettes. Modern bathroom with Aveda supplies. My only gripe is that they should offer a discount to returning guests ...

Large room come with complete kitchen , good for family trip!

Located amongst shops, dining, entertainment and mountain access via gondola. Clean with well equipt kitchen and good amenities (pool and gym). Helpful staff.

We took the two bedroom condominium and it was very convenient. Large rooms, fully equipped kitchen, 3 bathrooms and a pool view from the balcony. Very clean and neat.

it was amazing! my wife and i love that hotel! the staff was perfect! i know that we going to came back there!

It is nice place for skiing and family gathering. Love the place and the people there

The price was awesome. The location was great too. The beds are really hard and the mattress cover is plastic. I recommend bringing your own blankets and pillows. But for the price Id stay here again.

I spent last 3 days at the vallage lodge. The location of this hotel was awesome and all their service was excellent. I spent whole day at the ski mountain and got a lunch at the hotel room because it is so near to the village gondolar. We spent our night at the outside hot tub watching stars and the moon. We never move our car for 3 days because in the vallge there are everything we need. I will go this hotel again for the next ski trip.

I stay in August with the family ....cool chose for visit Yosemite Park

I stayed at the Village Lodge during the weekend of October 18. It was not peak period and there wasn't much going on in this part of Mammoth Lakes at night. The check-in process was fast, underground parking was plentiful, and the facilities were extremely quiet during my time there.

Unfortunately we didn't have time to use all amenities that was provided by hotel, since we stay only one night.

this hotel was beautiful and clean the only problem that I had with it was that I feel that employees were not honest about the total fees that were charged.the travel website had clearly told me that only 40 dollars would be charged up on arrival for a resort fee without my consent my card was charged 147 dollars and 90 cents when I had on what the charges were for a had told me that was for incidentals and that it will automatically be refunded once I checked outif we had chosen not to use any of the offered snacks or drinks in the room for money. After we checked out I ask how long it would take for the $100 to be back in my account they said automatically and I asked how soon is automatically and I was told by tuesday. it was very inconvenient and not honest to be told that it would be in there by tuesday when in the first place I was not even told it would be taken out. Again the hotel was beautiful and clean but I am very disappointed in the poor communication of this establishment.
