On our Mammoth hotel rotation for over 10 years and the room upgrades have helped, but be weary of the hot tub. Everyone ads extra bleach before the weekend rush, but we both had bad rashes and bleached clothes after this trip. Convenient location, but steer clear of the tub for any aching muscles, not worth the pain.

Very pleased with the front office staff members. Comfortable bed. Would stay here again.

Good experience, quick check in and the hotel was quiet.

Not very happy with my stay. The hotel did have air conditioning it was very hot. They said use fan in window there were no screens on them. Bugs in the room also with Windows open pollen everywhere. The beds were uncomfortable the mattresses were cheap and too hard. All the lights in the room didn't work. Parking was in the basement it was ok till I noticed water dripping from the sewer lines overhead. Buffet breakfast was just a Continental breakfast it was ok.

Near US 395 with lots of restaurants and gas stations. Not much else within 50 miles. Mediocre place that needs renovation. Just belly adequate for me. Had a portable fan that circulated the air and drowned out hotel noises. Bed fairly comfortable. Shower adequate. A restaurant is next door.

great hot tub and decent breakfast but close to busy road

Hot tub is the size of a swimming pool! Beds were comfortable, and breakfast was good. Our best hotel on a trip in which we stayed at 12 others.

No A/C in summer, they provided a noise fan, and the back side local resident turning their radio on very loud all the night, so its a bad night say. Your hotel should make clear notice on booking that you don't have A/C at room.

Each room really needs an AC unit. Too hot and dusty during the day in the summer for just a fan. We will definitely be back to Mammoth, but certainly not staying here again.

My title pretty much sums it up. This place has too many negatives to list.

This hotel is very affordable and comfortable by Mammoth Lakes standards. Their parking garage is open and apparently frequented by bears, so bringing all our food up to the room was a bit of a hassle. Breakfast was good.

Good location for ski, spacious room. I specially like the heater is quiet.

I was very impressed with the service! Ron was fantastic checking us in and even called us in our room after we got settled to make sure we were happy with everything. The spa was great especially after backpacking for a few days. And the hot breakfast in the morning was wonderful!

stayed 3 days to ski. great in & out. very good breakfast.. indoor parking & elevator.

Staff are very accommodating . We had problem with the heater in the heater in the room. Front desk was very kind enough to move us to another room.

New renovations are improving this Main St Hotel. Pool and spa havent been finalized but would be for their busy season.

The room was spacious and was expected I couldn't believe how loud the place was. I could hear doors slamming open and shut and kids partying through the night. I am a deep sleeper so that didn't effect me too much but still.

We had a very nice stay in this hotel. It's an excellent value for money.

The room was comfortable but not the cleanest and that includes the overall hotel appearance. The staff were okay. I get the overall sense in the town that workers are super laid back and this translates to indifference. That is how I felt as a guest.

The room was too hot during the night, but the window had a large gap (around 1,0 inch) between the glass panels and the net for insects. We need to leave the window open, anyway, because it was impossible for sleep due to the warm environment. I suggest improving this issue, the rest was preety good!
