Pretty good. Quiet environment. Small swimming pool.

Absoulty horrible!! The manager aka owner is rude mean and down right disrespectful! Rooms are dirty and disgusting. Nothing worked! Dirt and dust in the bed, door to bathroom wouldn't close, coffee maker wasn't even cleaned, bathroom had rust and mold.

IF I COULD GIVE A ZERO, I WOULD! DON'T EVER GO THERE DUE TO THE FACT OF ROOM BEING SO DIRTY. WHEN I CALLED THE MANAGER TO LET HIM KNOW ABOUT THE STAINS ALL OVER THE ROOM PLUS IT LOOKED LIKE IT HAD NOT BEEN VACUUMED EITHER. HE WAS EXTREMELY RUDE.

The only negative experience was my bed was not made up properly. The individual did not have a sense of pride in their work.

Room smelled. Extra charge to check in late. No breakfast. Carpet dirty.

We stayed one night on our way to Yosemite. The staff was very kind and professional. The room was clean and beds were comfortable.

Felt like only a box spring on the bed so high end linens meant nothing. We were to get a free breakfast....there was absolutely nothing. Obviously they had no cleaning people. The place was pretty dirty overall (lots of dead skill cells in corners of the bed frame and sink, crud on the rug, old, old couch thing I had to cover with a sheet to sit on), I think we were lucky to get new towels....I was thrilled to check out after 7 days. Had a huge issue since I prepaid for a 10 day stay but could only stay 7. I advised the hotel the day before I arrived and the day I checked in.....of course they took a hard stand against refunding my money both times Orbits called to discuss that with them. On their counter they had a sign stating there is a one-day penalty policy for cancellation, but they refused to consent to giving me even two of the three days refund. Obviously very greedy people running this place....I highly recommend you stay somewhere else.

The room smell like old smoke and dog P. We said something to the front desk but was told that the maids are using too much bleach. I know what bleach smells like and this was definitely not bleach! Also this hotel desperately needs some updating. It would be nice to have new mattresses and pillows along with carpeting that is clean.

They would just come in and wouldn't want to leave . I wouldn't stay there again .

i had a great experience and would recommend the place

Reasonable, clean and needs some updating. Looks like they are making some improvements. Staff friendly and helpful especially young women Jillian or Justine at front desk. Had a quiet room for a goodnight sleep. Did not get to have cont. breakfast because did not start serving until 7:30 a.m. And we needed to be on the road to Yosemite by 7 a.m.

I've been there twice now and the staff are great. Helpful the first time in March when we had to get clothes dry from all the rain. Just a nice clean place, very close to the events we do. Am definitely looking forward to staying there again

Staff was unfriendly and unhelpful. Don't count on anything from the included breakfast.

Every time we go to Yosemite loved to stay at this hotel . This hotel is very nice also staff was so nicely. Love it.

I stayed two nights at the same room. The second day, they did not fill soap, coffee, cups...etc. They only made bed and changed towels. When I backed to the hotel, I asked the front desk lady to give me soap, coffee, and cups. She said I needed to pay for extra. I told her the room keeper did not fill anything for my second day stay why should I pay for "extra"!!! Finally, she gave me what I asked for no extra charge but I felt uncomfortable that night. The air conditioner made a big noise. The worst thing is the bed. The mattress is smaller than bed. My legs hit the bed corner many times. It hurts! Their every room has the same dangerous bed. I didn't know how to void to hit those corners in such small room.

First room smelled of heavy smoke. Second room floors were disgusting.

Cleanness needs to be improved. Specially carpet and dusking. Breakfast needs to be improved. Even the coffee was super plain. And tree days the breakfast was exactly the same.

Very old there in the middle of updating there was drywall dust in our room.

It was about an hour'ish from Yosemite, and since Yosemite was booked, this place was good to sleep at night. Breakfast was just a danish and two types of cereal. So, don't think that you are getting a real breakfast, but it worked. It had a pool, and one evening I saw people in it.

It fulfilled my needs for what it was close to Yosemite without being completely a rip off. Only thing that concerned me was there was a bag of vegetables and a bag of salmon and organic unsweetened ice tea left in the frig. Wasn't sure if this was part of the previous renter or part of the frig but highly unlikely. Only concerned me because wasn't sure if this place was thoroughly cleaned out. Again I kept my expectation down to it was a room to sleep after a long day of hiking. Only other thing was not clear on where the "continental breakfast" was and to be served? Review kept it at nothing special so I didn't bother. Overall check in was smooth and I was last to check in and last or check out. Both were smooth and the room looked clean and the AC worked and kept the room regulated so it served its purpose. Convenience and availability
