This hotel cancelled our reservation while we were out of cell phone range in Yosemite. The hotel also texted us that our hotel room was ready between the phone calls. We found out late in the evening and we had to rush to find a new hotel. The staff was very impatient and unconcerned of the situation they put our family in.
Beautiful property. From the moment my wife and I walked into the hotel we were warmly welcomed. Front desk staff provided so much information. The room was very clean and everything we needed was provided. Breakfast was included and was a full buffet with so many things to choose from. This hotel is LGBT friendly which is not always the case being away from the city. The hotel was just an hr away from the National park which was great because it was a beautiful drive in. We will be staying here again!!
Great property with hot tub, heated pool, resort feel, free breakfast, nice restaurant, and nice views. Good price.
